Det News calling all UM "ex-female" athletes
For the record, the use of "justice" isn't in Finn's letter nor a direct quote from her. She refers to rectifying an inequity in her own words. She may have used the word in the discussion with the journalist, but it might also simply be the author's word.
has the correct shade of maize.
Additionally, in the DetNews article the author calls the block M on the original women's varsity jackets orange. Uh, that's not orange, bruh.
As a partially colorblind man, I was like "You bastards gave them orange Block M's!" because they told me it was orange in the article. Damn colorblindess strikes again!
If so, I have a hard time believing those are worth the same amount of $$$ unless the cotton on the women's jackets were sheared from organic, kosher sheep.
One thing I must ask though. Would the men's jacket be considered stylish for women back then or now? That could have been a factor in the different look.

Those things were moving fast on Ebay yesterday. The school quickly pulled them off their own website but someone obviously got a few cases of the product and was selling them for $26 a mug. They'd sold almost 100 mugs at that price.
Glad this great injustice of gender equality has been rectified.
