Sucks for Dakota Joshua.

He ate a mean right hook on TV AND has to go back to that dump state.

Of course idiots like you bring up sports that aren't even going right now. Because you have to mask the fact that you're trash in basketball and hockey.

You've lost 3 of the last 4 to Michigan in basketball.

Michigan is 64-16-9 against you since 1990-91 in hockey.

Your wrestling team that won it all last year? They've lost 2 of the last 3 to Michigan and got punked this year by Michigan just like your hockey team did tonight.

Stop talking.

I already said it was a cheap shot earlier in the thread.

Do I care? Nope. The punk got what he deserved. A cheap shot to a cheap bunch of scrubs who caused it.

Don't like it? Don't start a scrum after you lose and give up 8 goals for the 3rd time in the last 6 meetings.

But you wouldn't know about those games, would you? You don't have hockey fans. You have people who show up whenever you play Michigan.

It was retaliation for all the dirty cheap shots that the fucknuts were taking in the last 3 minutes of the game. I don't know if you noticed, but both players got the same suspension. It wasn't as if Martin's punch just came out of the blue.

That looks like something I am used to see from Dantonio's teams.  I have taken great pride in the character in which michigan plays sports.  For example Devin Gardner.    This should not be celebrated: in the locker room, in the media, or on this blog.

Let's beat our opponets at sports, and leave this kind of behavior out of it.

Thought it was usually 2 refs that stopped a fight?  Each grabs a player so no more punches can be thrown.  Bad idea to have 1 ref break it up.  Let em go till another ref gets there.

While it was a cheap shot, bottom line this is hockey. Those that are getting on their high horse about it need to promptly climb back off and follow the sport more closely.

Lots of skill, speed and emotion - almost like an NHL playoff game. There is nothing like seeing this intensity of hockey live. Ohio people will figure this out when they get a professional NHL team.

Suspension plays aside, yesterday's game at Yost was ideal entertainment and had it all. It also had lots of defensive lapses and questionable goaltending on both sides with something like 97 total shots! Also very few college venues beat Yost ( Cameron maybe?) which just added to the evening.

My point is when MSU fires their coach and gets back to "norm"... Wisconsin and Minnesota get back... and OSU continues to be irritating.. joining PSU's level, BIG10 hockey will be one of the best sports around. Just no Rutgers please...

Was this a smart play? No.

Was it deserving of the suspension? Absolutely.

Would a lot of people be bitching if teams were reversed? Yep.

It's still hockey. It's part of the game, things like this will happen. It's self policing for games exactly like this. You decide to use your stick in the manner the Buckeyes were using it towards the end of the game and this will be the response. I bet there is not a player on the team pearl clutching about class right now.

Bitch move by cutler. Kearny is on his back pinned to the ice by the ref and cutler. He was taking his frustration out from getting beat Friday night and almost again Sunday. Can't wait to see that punk ass get whats coming to him!
