Cade out with a leg injury for a few weeks
Just can't catch a break. Hope he makes a speedy recovery, we'll need him more likely than not.
Jim Harbaugh's full quote on Cade McNamara's injury:
— Alejandro Zúñiga (@ByAZuniga) September 17, 2022
“Cade: Unfortunately, his foot was caught in the ground, got hit from the side the side in the leg. Probably going to be out for a few weeks. Not going to be a season ending thing, I don't think, but he'll miss some time.”

That sounds season ending to me. The o line is gonna have problems against what I'm watching from Penn State, and probably Iowa, msu and ohio

I’m with you. I could see them rolling with the Warren Orji Bowman trio going forward. But even if that were the case I absolutely expect them to give him senior day snaps against Illinois

Illinois could be a challenge. Especially if the team gets caught looking to OSU.
There might not be opportunity.
It will be nice to have some teams with a heart beat in the coming weeks to work out clear issues and push the team. These blow outs only rep so far.

Really sucks to hear. Glad it's not season ending.

Crappy week for Cade. And here I was worried that JJ would be the QB to be potentially injured. Let's hope he quickly recovers.

You gotta feel for the guy. He leads Michigan to 42-27, the B1G trophy and the playoffs. He enters spring camp and then summer camp as the starter. Then he becomes one of 2 starters, has a couple of uncharacteristically bad performances and loses his starting spot. Then he gets hurt.
Moments like this are when character develops.

We should not run JJ much next week.

Poor damn Cade McNamara indeed. Wishing him a swift and full recovery.
Kudos to him for standing in there and taking a big hit to complete a pass. Then spiking the ball.

Life is difficult but Cade is a strong dude. He’ll battle back. Tough year for him.

I hope he's treated to many steak dinners while he's recovering. I still feel we're going to need him again at some point. QBs take far too many hits these days.
