Bush, Wormley, & Charlton on the Field for Steelers

Good to see the 3 Michigan alums on one team in the NFL playoffs.  Bush has an interception, while both Wormley and Charlton have made an impact in the 1st quarter shutout of Mahomes and the Chiefs.

In other playoff games, the NFL admitted that the Boger refereeing crew screwed up in the Bengals vs Raiders game but didn't take the blame for their failure to promptly correct it from NFL headquarters.

Then today,

1) The GOAT was an efficient 29-37 with two TD passes/zero interceptions as the Bucs beat Philly 31-15; and

2) DOWN GOES DALLAS!!!  DOWN GOES DALLAS!!! DOWN GOES DALLAS!!! ...as the Cowboys shoot themselves in the foot as the clock expires.  Other than osu/msu, no other team I'd rather have suffer how that agonizing defeat ended.

The Lions-Cowboys playoff game in 2015 still overrides any feelings I might have to root for them in a playoff setting. I still cannot recall a (very correctly called) PI flag being picked up since then. Now I’m back to being a typical sore-loser Lions fan and rooting for anyone to beat Rodgers and GB.

You may have heard of Tom Brady who is 4 1/2 years older and Drew Brees who retired last year a couple years older than Ben is now.

Ben took a lot of hits with his style of play and is now playing like his body has run out of gas.  Great career and most likely HOF with 2 SB wins out of 3 appearances, never had a losing season in 18 years, 3rd most playoff yards (but less than half of Brady's), etc., etc.

I am aware of both Tom Brady and Drew Brees.  It was an attempt at a joke.  As a gluten for punishment Bengals fan for the last 20 years I have suffered many times at the hand of Big Ben and very much enjoyed his below average play at the end of his career.  I agree he is a sure fire hof'er who took a beating like few QB's ever have during his career.  And I enjoyed that as a Bengals fan.

The Chiefs took over in the 2nd quarter, and I didn't see the Michigan players involved very much.  Rather, there were a lot of wide open KC receivers and good throws to them by Mahomes.

Ben looked done a couple years ago.  Not sure if he truly believed he could still play at a championship level or just wanted the money (which is fine), but he has looked awful for awhile—especially as compared to Brady, who is older and still looks pretty much like the same guy he has been for years.

Been a KC fan since the early 90s, when they had a tough defense and Steve DeBerg/Joe Montana were QB's.  Fun to have Andy Reid as coach for his innovative formations and playcalls on offense. And love beating the Steelers and Bills in the AFC!
