Great post, OP. Thanks for this. Entertaining and informative. Nice!

Go have some caffeine.

Meh, whatever. I just hate clickbait posts like this where you click on it expecting to see the video or at least a discussion-starter by OP. Instead, it's just "I don't have a video, someone use google for me and get it."
These posts suck. At the very least, title your post "Does anyone have this video?" or something like that.
October 16th, 2022 at 10:31 AM ^
'Clickbait' doesn't mean what you think it means. Yeah, the OP was poorly titled, but you're just being an ass.
October 16th, 2022 at 10:36 AM ^
It's a misleading/poorly titled headline in order to generate clicks. That's exactly what clickbait is.
October 16th, 2022 at 10:41 AM ^
This is your hill? C'mon, man... They guy asked a legit question on a poorly titled post. Neg him for the title - that's what everyone is doing, and rightfully so. But he's not looking to "generate clicks", which is something that monetized websites and ads want to do. Go back to bed and roll over, you got up on the wrong side...
October 16th, 2022 at 12:35 PM ^
Yea, by the negs he's getting it appears many other people are sick of these shitty posts, too. I'll take my downvotes for being a meanie and complaining about the shitty title. Wasn't my day, I guess.
October 16th, 2022 at 12:46 PM ^
nice joke
October 16th, 2022 at 12:16 PM ^
I mean, you're not completely wrong here.
But you know what almost all of us hate even more than poorly chosen thread titles? Grumpy assholes. Embrace this and it might change your life.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:41 AM ^
I swear there is a cadre of people on the forums that do nothing all day but wait for someone to make a tiny faux pas in posting where the title/topic/comment/link isn't exactly to the standard they expect and then make a point of complaining from the saddle of their high horse, something to the effect of:
"This [place infraction/micro aggression here] is bad and the poster is bad, it wasted X microseconds if my oh so precious time, hence I'm going to exacerbate that by wasting 100X more of my time making a whiny post about it."
Maybe just say "yo, please make your titles more clear so we know what we're clicking on," perhaps drop a neg and move on, and if someone else has already pointed it out, just neg and move on.
Life is short and your time oh so dear.

This is for the OP. You're probably not going to see this, but this is a synopsis
Blake came to the Fox announcers amidst cheering of the fans and Bush greeting him with a, 'Let's go Big Dawg!'.
Blake was asked about throwing up early in the game and said he drank a lot right before he went out on the field. He commented that he was going to get the first down regardless of the vomit. He went on to complement the O-line and what a great job they did. He talked about what a great job Donovan did and how they are, 'Lightning and lightning', and how he loves him as a teammate. Urban complimented him on being a great runner, complimented the whole team, and he asked about Coach Hart. Blake responded that he was doing great and it was great to have him back on the sidelines with him. Reggie commented on how he holds on to the ball, similar to how he used to do it, and Blake said, 'yeah, I seat belt it all the way'. Reinhart asked him what it would feel like to be in the Heisman discussion and Blake responded, "It would mean a lot, but Michigan State is on the clock, we'll see at the end of the year." He then added, "If I'm blessed to be there, if I'm blessed to get it, awesome, Michigan State is on the clock.
Reggie got the crowd to chant, "Heisman, heisman!", then they asked him to 'give the fans a little bicep love' and Blake flexed his biceps.
They thanked him for coming out and that concluded the interview.

Thanks so much!

My favorite postgame reaction thus far:
“The university could have given my mother-in-law $7 million a year to coach and we would have definitely lost to Michigan but she would have had pierogies and pigs in the blanket ready for the post game interview.”

I was also looking for it. We’re the family they cut to while chanting “Heisman”.

Nice!! Thanks for posting this, I didn't see this after the game. Caught Jenny's IV, when Harbaugh snubbed her again, but not this. And good job sticking around to give Blake the chant!

Nice! I thought that was pretty cool!

I sense Urban sees something with this team. He an ass but knows football, we’ll maybe not professional football. I can see him texting Day, “these fuckers are mean, be ready”.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:20 AM ^
Love the meaness they bring. And from what I've seen, all class off the field.
With a sparty beatdown, this team could be gaining serious momentum.
October 16th, 2022 at 12:37 PM ^
Sparty worries me because they seem to always play their best game, no matter how bad they are against us. Illinois is really starting to concern me. That’s got trap written all over it but in no way are they a trap team anymore. Their RB looks legit and JaBert the hut has them really playing well.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:43 AM ^
Well, from last year's tunnel scuffle and beat down in the Big House, FUCK YEAH, Wolverines are mean!
October 16th, 2022 at 10:39 AM ^
Thanks gronostaj! I'll look for your family when I watch. I'd googled it 3 times without luck, but hadn't searched twitter.
I guess I could have done better with the title. Good note for next time. It was not intentional click bait.

When Blake was interviewed by the All American Girl, for emphasis, he looked at the camera when talking about how the OL was just so dominant. Thought that was kind of cool.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:14 AM ^
Speaking of that bestowed moniker, has anyone else noticed that Gus Johnson is making a ton of mistakes this season?
October 16th, 2022 at 1:41 PM ^
Yes, I’ve definitely noticed. Yesterday was especially bad. Seems to go beyond confusing Corum for Edwards on runs, etc, though there has seems to be a lot of that kind of thing.
I can’t pinpoint the moment, but I remember at one point he just seemed to completely lose his train of thought. He just seemed to train off and remain silent for 5-6 seconds and never really finished the thought (or so it seemed at the time). I think he referred to Michigan as Michigan St toward the end of the game yesterday, which was an uncharacteristic mistake. And it was either the Iowa or Indiana game, but I seem to recall Klatt having to help him finish a thought after he struggled for a few seconds.
So yeah, I’ve been noticing, but yesterday it seemed almost concerning, especially considering him having to leave a game a few weeks ago.

Blake has an awesome on-camera presence, instinct, and charm. He drips charisma!
October 16th, 2022 at 11:32 AM ^
Favorite part was when Leinart brought up the Heisman talk, Blake’s comment was “Don’t know about all that, all I know is Michigan State is on the clock”.

The $95 Million dollar man needs to be taught some manners, Michigan style.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:34 AM ^
Since the this thread mentions Fox, I thought I would bring this up: was anybody else really annoyed with how often Gus Johnson referred to Sean Clifford as "the Cincinnati Kid"?? He must've said it at least 4 times.
October 16th, 2022 at 11:52 AM ^
Yep.....I used to think Gus was fun to listen to because of the energy he brought, but after listening for a number of weeks straight, it's just gotten annoying.
At some point, you realize he's just yelling into the mike because it's his rep, and then he leans on these catch-phrases like "Cincinnati Kid" that WW references above. He had another for some Penn State guy. I can't recall what it was, but you could tell he had it planned out and was just itching to use it.
At some point, he just becomes too much.
That said, I do like how Fox has turned into The Michigan Football Channel (tm). It's better than Fowler and Herbie openly advocating for 3 SEC teams in the playoff during yesterday's broadcast. Of course eSECpn wants three SEC teams in there. Duh.
October 16th, 2022 at 12:21 PM ^
He’s miscast…he needs to go back to college basketball. His energy and call work better with a sport with continuous play rather than start and stop football.
For me, no one was better doing March Madness than Gus.
October 16th, 2022 at 1:04 PM ^
I must've missed that. They were openly advocating for 3 SEC teams in the CFP?? That's so dumb. What's the logic there other than an incredible SEC bias?
October 16th, 2022 at 12:00 PM ^
Gus is also making a ton of mistakes this season. I also agree with AlbanyBlue that his yelling into the mic act has grown quite old.
October 16th, 2022 at 12:16 PM ^
There's an old sports announcer saying: "You either die a hero, or you announce long enough to see yourself become the villain."
I believe it was attributed to Howard Cosell's ghost but I'm not sure.
As to the OP's first post being a big winner: Thank you Kanye very cool!
October 16th, 2022 at 12:16 PM ^
Curious what everyone thinks of the Heisman nowadays? I couldn't care less about it, I don't think it holds near the clout it did 30 years ago.
October 16th, 2022 at 6:42 PM ^
If Corum won it I am sure we would all be jacked about it, seems like a huge popularity contest these days though.
