Coat them in olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast them with beets. It's one of our favorites. Obviously these are fresh ones, not frozen.

I like to slice my sprouts in half, saute them in some bacon, crumble the cooked bacon, toss in some sliced almonds.... mmm mmm mmm

Kotick apparently attended Michigan for at least a time in the 80's. Hopefully that means he's a fan and may consider a nice fat donation while he's here! I like his company too. They're one of the stocks we own and it's done very well.
