Was the video choppy for everyone else? Would have liked it better if they put the proper space between places. Also ohio got a disproportionate amount of screentime

This video is at either a quarter speed or half speed. The original is much faster and harder to see the detail put into each college town/nearby big cities.

It was slowed down for the music, I assume. Here's the original spot:
So, about a minute was tacked on.

Ah I see, didn't catch that part with not having any sound on my work computer.

Oooh that makes way more sense now. I thought they made the video to match the song so I couldn't figure why they made it so choppy. Makes a whole lot more sense now

Who is Roose is this scenario? And who are in the pies?
September 2nd, 2014 at 11:30 PM ^
Roose Bolton is an emotionless sourpuss, usurping the North from its rightful owners, and allowing his people to commit heinous acts with no repercussions in sight. You get one guess who that sounds like.

I wish they had used the original GoT song instead of this crappy cover.
Other than that, though, it's awesome.
September 2nd, 2014 at 6:07 PM ^
Probably because the video would have to have been another minute and a half long. This cover is faster and shorter than the original GOT theme.

There's no cure for being a bucknut

I actually liked it. It's better than some of the crap the B1G has released.
September 2nd, 2014 at 4:28 PM ^
That was pretty cool. I wonder if they needed permission from HBO. Copyright infringement?
September 2nd, 2014 at 4:40 PM ^
This probably falls under fair use. Probably.
September 2nd, 2014 at 4:41 PM ^
I imagine the B1G won't ask it to be pulled because it's free advertising and it's very positive (IMO). Game of Thrones is very popular and well-regarded, and this is a great bit of advertising.

I was thinking about the column that likened teams to GoT characters as I watched this.
Yelled "Hodor!" when I saw Rutgers.
