Assuming Moore is the next HC (and Minter and JayBaugh go with Jim)...how would you build the staff?
Nothing is confirmed, but obviously all signs point to Sherrone Moore being named the next head coach at Michigan.
If the rumors of Minter going with Harbaugh are true (again, absolutely nothing confirmed, and hopefully Michigan puts up a salary and title that makes it VERY tough)...and assuming Jay Harbaugh goes with his dad, but everyone else (including Ben Herbert) says...
...how would YOU like to see Moore fill out the rest of the staff?
- Do you think Moore should remain OC and calling plays?
- Does Newsome move to OL?
- What assistant coaches would you like to see added? (sorry, Partridge is not eligible to work at Michigan again)
- Should Moore add someone with HC experience to his staff?
- What would you like to see happen with the DC spot if Minter is indeed headed to LA?
- Do you hire someone from Ravens tree again?

I don't get why everyone thinks Moore has to give up playcalling.
Sark does it. Riley does it. Huepel does it.
Not sure about Kiffin or Venables, but there are plenty of coaches who do. Day did before we started kicking his ass.
Just give up the OL and get help with the OC stuff from Hart and Campbell.

Mike Hart will be OC, Mallory takes over as safeties coach, clinkscale and Elston co-DC Newsome to OL need a TE and LB coach

Hart has never called plays...to say he "will be" as if it's fact is ridiculous. Especially with two OCs in Moore and Campbell on the staff.
Not impossible, but "will be" is bullshit. No one knows that.
Having a first time HC and a first time OC is a risky proposition.
Plus if you have Clink calling plays, that would be a first for him as well.

Have Campbell and Hart co-OC.

I wouldn't be opposed, but I'm still curious as to why so many think Moore shouldn't remain and just incorporate those two more in game planning.
Plenty of HCs (and even first time HCs) call plays.

The offense was bogged down last year presumably because Moore had a lot on his plate which will only increase the list is long of head coaches that failed as play callers and had to give that up

So when it happens the way I’ve outlined you owe me 20 push ups…also maybe chill a little bit it’s not that serious.
