Per the twitters, for Covid testing. May have something to do with the UK variant being found in the department

This has nothing to do with Ace’s irresponsibility, arrogance, and lack of professionalism in airing his personal opinion in the manner he chose. In fact, this makes him look worse as it demonstrates the willingness of the university athletic department to take it seriously less than 24 hours after his questioning of it.

Is there anyone reporting this besides The Daily? They’ve gotten major stories wrong in the past (like when they said there were casualties from what turned out to be a false alarm in 2018).

I'll admit I don't follow the travel restrictions much, just assume I'm not traveling internationally anytime soon.  So I don't understand how someone from the UK is out and about at Meijer and Briarwood the day after they land.  We all know by now that testing can be negative for at least 8 days after exposure.  Was this a flouting of the current restrictions or is travel now permitted?

Had to reset my password to log on, but it’s worth it for the sweet irony of all the Ace hate lol.

disclaimer: not an Ace burner profile or even an Ace fan for that matter, just a person who loves bittersweet irony

Yeah, you are probably right, but the timing is something...especially considering we had multiple threads hating on the man.

either way, I hope and pray for a speedy recovery for the athletes and staff that have it.
