Getting the 2pt would make it 33-31 and a FG wins - but if you miss, 33-29 is a lot worse than 33-30.

Tough call! But against OSU (or UGA, or UM, or Bama, etc) you give yourself a chance to win. Go for two - you can't count on out-scoring an OSU in OT.
I thought Bert did the right thing early when he wanted to go on 4th down inside the 10. You don't beat Michigan by kicking FG's inside the 10.
