Ehhh?
I’m pretty fed up with the whole “Harbaugh can’t win a big game.” They’re not lying. I’m sick of The Team not being able to win the big one. Maybe I’m over thinking this one and it’s early in the season, but come on we need better than this. Credit a great 2nd half played by the team. Completely dominated total yards and held them to 3 total points.

Maybe not a diary? More of a snowflake thread comment?

Most Michigan fans aren't this fickle, I swear. It's just the loud ones post-ND away night game. The team hopefully learned a lot last night and encountered a whole lot more testing that USU, WKU, ORST, or App state would have given us.
I still have high hopes for this season and would love the ability to play ND again in the CFP.

Those fickle fans wanting to win. How dare they. But at least we outgained them in total yards!

You can want to win but dragging the coach and team down when you lose a close road game to a higher ranked team? Well, that's not what the team does, it's what a toxic fan base does and it's something that unfortunately some players and potential recruits pay attention to. I'd be more in favor of being patient until the B1G season gets underway and the team has a chance to develop before we decide to give up all hope.
I get many people are emotional and such, but if you've been a fan over the past ten years, I'm having trouble not seeing the good signs for this season. Everyone expected us to be an 8-4 team last season, and ND away at night against a higher ranked team was not supposed to be an easy win.

After games likes this there are both fickle fans and myopic fans. The sky isn’t falling, but we have a crappy O-Line again and we will not be playing Notre Dame in the CFP this year. Notre Dame is not good enough to make the CFP...and they are better than us.

If this were a stand alone thing then I'd agree, but they never win these games. Seriously, at this point a road game against a ranked team seems like a sure-fire loss. If you can't beat quality teams with any regularity then you're not a quality team. That's where the program stands right now.

Jim Harbaugh is unequivocally the best individual to be coaching Michigan football. So let's stop all that talk before it starts.
Nothing better to do at 3:43 am?

A+ for you, amigo. You are correct.

Are you sure about that cause I'm not so sure about that anymore. You see what App State did to Penn state yesterday? That is some good clock management with players who are well coached.

Why? He's just a man, just a football coach. Surely there are others who could do just as well, if not better

Insightful.

Was it a great 2nd half?
Our offense had 7 points. We were a bit fortunate that ND's touchdown was taken off the board for a procedural penalty. The scoreboard is still the only thing that matters at the end of the day; I'm not excited about outscoring them 7-3 for the half.
I can't help but think to at least some extent the Irish were content knowing that it was unlikely our offense was going to be able to put up multiple touchdowns.

Midget noodle arm QB. I thought this was Michigan!

The Team can win the big one...the coaching staff doesn't put them in a position to win the big one. Blame the coaches not the players.
