OT? Nebraska Fullback Ben Miles to Transfer
Here's the (link). He's the son of Les Miles, and it looks like he was part of the Frost transition cost.
Maybe a take for Michigan? The team has zero healthy scholarship fullbacks on the roster (though I think VanSumeren comes in the fall and Mason will be healthy around that time). 3 star, but #2 ranked FB in the class of 2017.
This just in.... Harbaugh releases depth chart for ND. It is completely blank, except the FB position has "Ben" listed. We are unsure at this time which Ben he is referring to.
I want a Big Bens backfield with three FB's named Ben on the field at the same time..
Miles. Great name.
A fullback that can chew up the turf would be nice.
id be shocked if they added another scholarship FB at this point, especially one not at mason / van sumeren level of talent or versatility. i believe theyll have like 11-12 scholarship RBs / FBs on roster this fall and thats a lot
Getting to be a tired joke.
Ben should walk-on. Les can pay.
Too Bad Dave Brandon (w/ Apologies To The Byrds) could not see for
Miles and Miles......
Eight Miles High by the Byrds is the song you were referencing but there is nothing in that song that says Miles and Miles...
Miles and Miles and Miles and Miles and Miles is from I Can See For Miles by the Who. Which, btw, was NOT about drugs but about jealousy. Kind of a Mr. Brightside for the 60's.
I could never figure out why Mr. Brightside is such a popular song. It is catchy but the lyrics and theme are a major downer. A guy thinking about his girl cheating on him. Who needs that aggravation? But the students seem to like it. They sing along every game!
for The Byrds....(with apologies to Keith Moon)....
According to 247, Miles didn't have "interest" in, or an offer from, Michigan as a recruit:

Obviously things change, but we have Ben Mason, and Miles would need to redshirt for a year before seeing the field, so he wouldn't help this fall. I'd rather recruit a younger FB to get more separation in the classes.
I'm pretty sure we're just interested in the memes of the 3 FB Bens and being Les Miles' son. I don't think anyone's serious about him transferring here.
