Travis Walton denies allegations... victim comments on ESPN story
Not sure if this is thread-worthy, but I found this interesting. Since there isn't another thread on Walton's statement today, I figured it might be worth posting.
As you guys probably saw, Walton denied both allegations with a written statement today. I was looking through the comments on ESPN and saw that the victim Ashley Thompson actually commented on the article, saying, "It was plead down because Tom Izzo runs East Lansing, period."
Insane that this girl had a documented concussion and nothing came of this.
I'm not a Twitter person, but if you are it might be worth passing this screencap on to the Twittersphere, maybe tagging some reporters or something.

I was randomly contacted by ESPN about 4 months ago to give an interview because they happened to come across my police report when investigating other msu scandals including the Walton rape and the gymnastics coach.
But the RCMB told me that ESPN only now started doing this for ratings due to all the Nassar attention in the past few weeks...

Very interesting she's active in those comment section. Someone doesn't believe her and she replied:
Haha yeah, its actually me. Just wanted to see what people were saying about the whole thing. You can compare my facebook pics with my espn interview. Just for proof, the original East Lansing incident report is #10-20272, you can look it up because arrest records are a matter of public record. If I could post pictures to this feed I would upload it for you.
It definitely doesn't look like a fake facebook profile when you look at it.

It's that or admit what the rest of the world is already convinced of: The two greatest coaches in school history were win at all cost types with sketchy characters. Willing to put program image over people.
This is all a massive blow to the self image of their sports fans. Success in two sports and beating Michigan is the core of that self image.
They'll blindly believe anything remotely positive at this point. And suspend common sense and logic.
The alternative stains one of the things they love the most. Spartans Will, Mr. March, 60 Minutes of Unnecessary Roughness, etc. All phony.
The funny part is the only people they are fooling is themselves. The rest of the world knows the score here. We all know the chances of this all being a big witch hunt or that these two guys will give reasonable, valid explanation for these decisions are remote.

Good luck with that, Travis. I predict you will go down shortly before Izzo does.

With several eye witness statements confirming the victim's story, travis apparently likes digging. Keep on digging dude, the hole only gets deeper.
