gap-blocking and it's been good in both games (stats not as good against MSU because they could sell out against the run because of weather) There is a chance we could run the ball effectively EVERY game. Also need to stop fumbling though.

Georgia is interesting since Fromm is pro style. Bama not surprising though: Hurts has 558 yards rushing on the season.

Interesting stat, but it doesn't tell the whole story. Jalen Hurts has only thrown 1 INT the whole year. Bama has only turned the ball over 3 times this year.
They're so far ahead by halftime, that Jalen Hurts usually doesn't play the second half. There's a difference between having low YPG, and not needing to pass at all in the 2nd half.

Fair point, and Fromm at Georgia leads to the SEC in passer rating. Obviously we need more from O'Korn. Not turning it over on Saturday was big though.

He's the highest rated passer in the SEC (13th nationally I believe), has the highest yards per attempt, and has a 4:1 TD/INT ratio. Sounds like a pretty good start so far no matter what the yardage is.

we have an elite defense and if we can run like we did against IU (not a terrible run defense!), we shouldn't have to ask JOK to do much. He obviously needs to be a lot better than 2.8 YPA or whatever, but he doesn't have to have a lot of yards or a lot of attempts. Just needs to be more efficient with the attempts he makes.

Kate Upton is lousy at asking guys out at bars.
Because she doesn't need to.

While I agree that Crawford got pinned and probably warranted a flag, the bottom line is that O'Korn made the wrong read on that play. Hit the wide open Gentry and keep the drive moving. The issues I see with O'Korn is twofold: He seems to get impatient, wanting to hit the home run pass too often rather than settling for his safety read and he has a case of happy feet.
He looks like a player for whom the game hasn't slowed down for him yet, which at this point in his career, you have to question whether or not it ever will.

YPG is a poor stat to use here. Neither of those teams has to throw the ball much so why would the have huge YPG? They do, however, have far more efficient passing offenses than M.
