OT Ezekiel Elliott (allegedly) in trouble...again
A witness said yesterday that Zeke didn't throw a punch. But he is still a moron for continually putting himself in bad situations. He is likely getting suspended for 1+ games one way or another. Which actually might be okay for a RB which is a position that is likely to see an injury.
Other witnesses said that he did throw a punch. Weird. I've been to bars all of my life and not once did someone accuse me of throwing a punch. It seems like this poor guy just has some really bad luck. I don't blame him for running away before the cops got there, because it looked like the patrons of the bar were trying to frame him. Poor Zeke, he just can't go anywhere.
the first half of an exhibition game. Just like the OSU "punishments" he's used to.
You also probably have never been a celebrity, or the leading rusher in the NFL last year. This is why these guy's walk around with more security than most cities mayors.
You know what? Fuck Zeke. He's an Ohio State jackass. However, if I were his friend and I knew that any time Zeke went out to a bar for an enjoyable drink or two, I'd make sure that the job was epic. If you catch my drift. If some little jackass is going to talk smack to me, spear his candy ass. Make it official. I mean the public eye and the mass as a whole are pathetic enough to judge someones character on this stuff. Just because you get in a scuffle because of some punk doesn't make you a bad person or a knock if you will on society. If someone is disrespectful enough to talk shit in public to a stud like Zeke, then he deserves to get floored. As much as I hate to say it, I've came across these instigating bitches my whole life. I doubt Zeke started anything and if he did, well he can back it up. That being said, fuck Zeke once again and to hell with the shit show that is OSU!
but that rap sheet of dumb things is impressive for a 22 year old. A true commitment to stupidity
You'd think by now he'd realize that nothing good can happen when you go out. He must be trolling for chicks but good God the chicks will come to him. There are so many assholes out there who love to take a shot at a guy like this, or bait him into a lawsuit. Should've played more school.
Gee, its not like Urban to recruit such a low character person with piss poor judgement is it?
Let's see what Aaron Hernandez has to say about this.
Too soon bro, too soon.

Ezekiel Elliott was a high character kid coming out of high school, from everything I remember. He went to a small private school near St. Louis and was a clean kid.
What's so alarming about Urban is not that he's recruiting some questionable characters (though he definitely is) but that his culture seems to bring the worst out of people even after they leave the program.
Or everything was swept under the rug... private schooling means nothing about a persons character - there are plenty of private highschools in my area and trust me those kids are no different than someone going through a public school system and sometimes worse
105.3 the Fan out of Dallas this morning and FWIW the host said the was told that Zeke 100% threw the punch. He was dead serious during the statement and even called out some Cowboy fans as being a Zeke apologist. Either way i am sure nothing will come out of this officially.
Honestly, this makes me wonder how much was "swept under the rug" during his time in Columbus. My guess is...somewhere between "a lot" and a "shit-ton"...
I never heard too much about Elliott when I lived in Columbus a few years ago, but one of my friends who worked at Midway (an undergrad bar near campus) said that while most of the players who came in were really good guys, Bosa would come in every so often and was a bit of an arrogant prick.
Another one of those "take it for what it's worth" kind of situations, but I'd believe it. I've never met Bosa, but he strikes me as the kind of guy who walks around town thinking his shit doesn't stink.
There have been numerous reports in the past couple of years about how much some of the OSu players love their "molly."
I heard when he on the Molly he a zombie. (That represents the sum total of my experience with that particular drug).
What level of spying is a coach/team/school supposed to do? If there are "heavy" drug users do you think they're doing it in the open at practice in the locker rooms, on the field, on the team buses and planes? Do they do it at coaches houses or invite the coaches to hang with them while they shoot or snort or pop or whatever you're talking about?
Do you think Harbaugh's players don't go to the bars & parties, putting themselves in the same dangerous situations?
Do you think none of Harbaugh's players do drugs?
Do you think I didn't see bunches of Harbaugh's teammates at the drug house any and every day I was there during his time at Michigan? I was there all the time as a hang out with fellow IM hoopers, not to buy drugs multiple times a week!
Zeke will cut the DJ a check and you won't ever hear this story again. Hell, it may not even get that far. I can't wait until a famous person punches someone so petty that they turn down a check that triples their career earnings just to wreck said famous person's career.
Would this wreck his career though if the DJ were "petty"? Might get suspended a couple games, but I don't see a career ending scandal.
Wasn't referring specifically to this case, just a hypothetical one. But, yeah, serving months-years in jail for assault would throw a wrench in many a career of athlete/actor/etc.
Good point. I guess once the "they're just kids" excuse goes away from college, legit jail time is a real possibility.
Nah. If he didn't know the woman beforehand, it's just assault. Domestic violence requires the person having some type of relationship with the woman before.
I'm not joking either. That's the reason the NFL gave for why Joe Mixon won't start his career with the mandatory 6 game suspension for DV. Goodell says it's cool to punch girls as long as they are strangers.
I have had one of those before.... So I can't bash him there... Everything else is fair game though.
That's the best part of the story, IMO.
No idea if Elliott threw a punch or not. The legal system will determine that for us. But one does have to wonder why he continually puts himself in bad situations. With as high-profile as he is, and with as many times as he's been in the news for the wrong reasons, people are just waiting for him to make another mistake. There are guys out there begging that he take a swing at them so they can sue him and drag him through a lawsuit.
Luckily for him, he can run the ball with the best of them. So as long as he doesn't go out and murder someone or get caught running a ring of sweatshops run by child slave labor, I think his position with the Cowboys is pretty secure. We had "Manny being Manny." Won't be too long before we hear "Zeke being Zeke" coming out of Dallas.
ala Maurice Clarett
If he's caught using child slave labor he might not be able to play anymore but he can certainty be a shoemaker and clotheir to the world! Just do it!
Zeke's gotta learn, don't go out and try to show off. He's made it to the top, enjoy the ride while it lasts.
ELLIOTT...GO...HOME...
So by that logic you'd be okay with me walking up to you in a bar and throwing a punch at you. But its totally cool because that's how I want to live my life....
Come on, man.
