Juan Harris Decommits From Iowa
Normally this probably wouldn't be thread worthy, but in his SMSB dicussion about linemen yesterday, Seth mentined Harris as a guy he would like to see Michigan get involved with, or at least for him not to end up in the B1G East. Despite Seth's positive take, his recruiting ranks have been dropping recently.
Harris is also noteworthy as he is a 368 lb NT, but a very noticeable 368, not like someone like Onwenu. Maybe his decommitment has smething to do with SMSB, but more than likely not. Here's a timeline of his recruitment taken from a reddit user:
In July, he named Wisconsin his leader. Shortly thereafter, he moved from Illinois to Wisconsin.
In September, Harris attempted to commit to Wisconsin, but was not accepted by the staff because he's 380 pounds
In November, Harris moved from Wisconsin to Iowa.
In December, Harris committed to Iowa. When asked about other potential offers, Harris said "I will appreciate their offer but what man will I be if I commit to Iowa then decommit, then commit to someone else?".
2 weeks later, Harris decommitted from Iowa.
2 more weeks later, Harris named Oregon, Alabama, and Ohio State his top 3 schools. None have offered.
2 more weeks later, Harris re-committed to Iowa.
In March, Michigan offered. Harris once again decommitted, now listing a top 4 of Michigan, Oregon, Alabama, and Ohio State. Only Michigan has offered.
He has since recommited and decommited to Iowa.
So in other words, wake me up in February if he's part of the class. I'm not counting on thios recruitment meaning much of anything until later. Wonder if Ferentz told him not to bother with continuing recruitment this time around.
state?

Rest of us is a strong statement, given the 50/50 split of the country as a whole.
Still, EYB committed a clear violation of the whole "No politics" thing.

More or less!
Irregardless? That's when they closed the Coast Guard station in Cleveland.
Is this a metaphor for something?

just really likes to eat
dude that commits and decommits that many times is a) unlikely to be worth chasing and b) a flake and c) has no idea what the word 'commit' means
five times, an image of Alex Legion will appear.
lives on on this site. Nonetheless, funny.
Think we should probably pass on this one.
And he seems to have issues as evidenced by all his committing and decommitting. I hope we stay away from him.
Those are several "big" red flags that warrant walking away - quickly.

Like when coaches leave in the middle of a contract? Or professional athletes hold out for renegotiations in the middle of a contract?
So a high school senior SAYING (nothing in writing, nothing official) he wants to attend Dear Old State U, then changing his mind--and everyone here has panties in bunch?
Normally no, but It was him changing his mind 14 times in a row that gave me a wedgie.
Whatever happened to him???
Until practice starts at Pitt and he gets yelled at again.
Then the oatmeal at Pitt will be too hot...........

Never promise anything. It can only make you look bad when you don't/can't keep it.
