Rich Rodriguez, trusted friend and agent?
DetNews article about satellite camps. Rich Rod strongly in favor, Bielema talks out of both sides of his mouth (or however many sides that mouth has), and a Big 12 AD echoes Jeff Probst from Survivor. "The conference has spoken."

"Kill it with fire" were the exact words that came to mind.

...or lasers
Brandon is gone. Let it go already!
I hope so. Rich Rod seems like a nice guy and a talented football mind. He just wasn't the right fit at Michigan.
He's trying to do the right thing for his program and Michigan is an after thought...............

We're on it.
Lazy, fat ass.
Only 2 sides to his mouth.... Entrance and the fast slope to the belly.
Harbaugh never set-up a camp at FL. Harbaugh was guest coach at those satellite camps set up and ran by local high schools.
Idoit? Qu'est-ce que c'est?
(I'm assuming they speak French in West Virginir, since "idoit" sounds vaguely French to me.)
I thought he was talking about a dog sled race???
A RR thread. Let the good times roll!

There really haven't been many RR arguments lately. I think - dare I say it? - we've moved forward.
When Casteel was fired. That's the last RR flame war thread that I can remember.
/even I'm over it, my post upthread notwithstanding.
Jeff Casteel is a moot point now that RR fired him, I think. Or are we suppossed to rabble rabble there, too.
Le the shit go man. We have who we want and hope for the best for RR and BH. If you continue with this, you'll have to bring one more coach into the discussion and do you really want to go there? Good choice.
We're headed into our second year with Harbaugh, and I'm a bit excited.

This Bobby Wilder seems like a reasonable fellow. I am now a fan of Old Dominion.
Why not give a school that stuck up for Harbaugh a nice fat check?
Don't you mean OhBoy.gif?
Whoa. Guess he mean Oh_boy.gif. Yikes.
/pulls on shirt collar.
“You can only do 15 days in June and 15 days in July of camps,” he told the paper. “That’s four weeks we can be on vacation in the summer. Not to mention the 30 days we can’t recruit around Christmas.
“I am so tired of coaches complaining about quality of life when 95 percent of Americans will never touch the money or vacation time we get. Shame on us.”
I haven't heard anyone on the other side refute such arguments: That satellite camps can only exist for a period of two fortnights; that coaches have plenty of vacation time and plenty of money; shame on us.
Public shaming is the only method which works with sociopaths: Neither reason nor morality work. Since the NCAA is a sociopathic organization, I'm hoping coaches, athletes, and future athletes keep beating this drum. Because public shaming is the only chance to reinstate satellite camps.
You'll have quite a selection of glass houses to chose from.
Exactly...Harbaugh did the Swarm Tour last summer and still found time to go do charity work in Peru and vaca in Paris.
Wow, Wilder said it all. Great quote.
I didn't know of him before now, but I'll be pulling for his Old Dominion team to have a good season.
It's hard to talk out of both sides of your mouth when you're trying to stuff a whole chicken in one side, and a rack of ribs in the other...

If a high school student can discover career, athletic or educational opportunities outside of their local region, there is absolutely no reason anyone should limit or suppress that opportunity.
