This would make a great double feature with Unbelievable, A Pet Wolverine. The plot: A wolverine appears at Bruce Willis' door one morning. Willis, a recovering alcoholic, bonds with the wolverine. The wolverine establishes a psychic connection with Willis. It turns out that the wolverine is inhabited by the soul of Willis' late wife, who had been electrocuted in a swimming pool accident. All is going well until the wolverine eats Willis' face off. Director: M. Night Shyamalan.

You forgot to add the fade in...fade out part.

Isn’t there a sequel with John Travolta and Nicholas Cage where the wolverine helps them change identity?
Saw the entire program earlier, just before the hockey pregame. Great tribute to Red’s deeply rooted character and the positive effect character has on his players and their growth as men. Didn’t mention his getting popped for taking a piss in the alley by Banfields East in the late ‘80s, though.
I'm not sure there is a man alive who hasn't engaged in public urination. It's not exactly a useful barometer for personal character or morality.
Indeed - a man that has not urinated in public at some point in his life is a man I would struggle to call 'friend'. That guy wears a manbun...

I think it depends on the "where." Ducking behind a dumpster in the alley, sure.
Ducking behind the slide in a playground, not so much.
What about against a tree on South Forest & Oakland Ave, say around 12:30am on an early Friday morning? Just asking for a friend.

And of course peeing outdoors is virtually obligatory out in the country.

On the Michigan golf course, semi-hidden by the branches of a pine tree at 8:30am? :(
It was 2003 next to the set of Gameday, and it was a de facto bathroom for probably a hundred or more when all was said and done. Not proud of it, but when in Rome...
Watched it yesterday. I highly recommend it. Can’t believe he wok the Stanley cup and two days later was in class at Michigan and no one knew who he was.
There is something to be said about having a less celebrity obsessed culture.

I thought it was great. I already knew some of Red's backstory, but wasn't fully aware of his drive and perseverance!
As good of a coach as he was, there's no doubt that his greatest impact has been in helping many young Wolverines set themselves up for a successful life down whatever path they chose.
Red is the man. Appears to be very friendly too.
