November 7th, 2020 at 3:40 PM ^
Charlie Weis is available and not doing anything.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:44 PM ^
Probably couldn't be much worse. I defended JH up until now. It's time
November 7th, 2020 at 7:43 PM ^
He’d do it with a 9 yr deal, then we’d fire him after 3 and pay him for 6 yrs to do nothing.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:58 PM ^
The only way Michigan doesn't lose next Sat is if Wisconsin cancels due to Covid. Otherwise they get curb stomped
November 7th, 2020 at 3:37 PM ^
GHTFOH
November 7th, 2020 at 3:38 PM ^
Go ahead and look at my post history. I've been on the Harbaugh train since day one.
This isn't acceptable.
It's time.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:45 PM ^
It’s Harbaugh’s recruiting. Remember all those under-the-radar recruits and trust the coaches? These are all Harbaugh’s recruits now
November 7th, 2020 at 4:04 PM ^
Since 2016, Indiana has averaged the 57th ranked recruiting class nationally. Over the same time span, Michigan has average the 11th ranked recruiting class. Recruiting did not lose this game. Coaching lost this game.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:19 PM ^
That's kind of a deceiving metric, no? Recruiting rankings don't take into consideration experience, players leaving for the NFL, transfers, etc. Indiana started Stevie Scott at rb for like the fifth straight year while we had a true freshman play the majority of our rb reps. I guarantee you that Corum was ranked higher, but who would YOU rather have as your running back today?
November 7th, 2020 at 5:20 PM ^
It doesn’t matter. We have too many advantages. Rich Rod and Hoke didn’t lose to Indiana (although it was a good indication that they were unfit to coach Michigan when they had some scares against the Hoosiers).
As of a week ago, I was defending Harbaugh on this blog. If he had continued to win 9-11 games a year and failed to beat OSU, I would still be in his corner. But these last two weeks have demonstrated that he’s just not working out. There are no excuses for our past two losses. We’ll be lucky to end this season with a winning record.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:06 PM ^
I was a Harbaugh recruiting strategy defender until now. Maizen and Bean were right. A loaded roaster doesnt lose games like this regardless of shitty play calling.
it’s time but the candidates aren’t going to be great.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:46 PM ^
Same. I was ready to step off the train after last week when it came to a full stop at a nice station. Now, I'm jumping off and tucking and rolling in the middle of wherever.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:48 PM ^
I took that as get Harbaugh the fuck out of here.
The coaching is terrible on both sides of the ball. The talent is lacking on both sides of the ball. There is no discipline.
At some point in the past 6 years, the team the team the team was replaced by the individual. If you can’t start, transfer. If you have a shot at the League, sit out and protect yourself. That’s why this team can’t deal with an injury.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
Talent is not lacking.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:00 PM ^
Wrong. Try again.
Vincent Gray can’t cover anyone. Erick All can’t catch the ball. Vastardis is starting at center holding on for dear life.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:04 PM ^
No, he's right. Talent is there, coaching is not.
November 7th, 2020 at 8:13 PM ^
All can’t catch the ball, but it took the coaches three games to figure that out when Eubanks was on the sideline the whole time. We have the talent. Maybe not to beat OSU, but we have the talent to blow the doors off the last three teams we played and we didn’t. Our talent isn’t being utilized or motivated correctly.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:07 PM ^
Is this Coach GHTFOH a speed in space or ground and pound guy?
November 7th, 2020 at 3:38 PM ^
Luke Fickell... neg away.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:40 PM ^
That is not happening.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:41 PM ^
That is not happening.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:42 PM ^
Says the biggest Harbaugh apologist on this blog.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:45 PM ^
He isn’t because he is a Buckeye through and through. Take a seat.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:47 PM ^
Have you finally seen the light that your boy needs to go, Or do you need more proof of his incompetence?
November 7th, 2020 at 3:49 PM ^
Do you not realize Gary Moeller was an OSU captain or are you just that naive about Michigan's history?
November 7th, 2020 at 3:51 PM ^
Hi look at “SQ’s” post history. You won’t find a more delusional Harbaugh apologist.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:52 PM ^
Look at Lakeyale’s history. A bigger douchecanoe won’t be found.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:59 PM ^
I do own two douche canoe’s. They work quite well once you get used to the smell.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:52 PM ^
Do you realize that Gary Moeller didn’t spend most of pre-Michigan career coaching at OSU as Fickell has? Dude hasn’t left the state of Ohio as a coach.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:58 PM ^
I don't really care how much he hates Michigan.
Once the school opens up the check book to him, he'll become the biggest Maize and Blue fan.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:20 PM ^
Exactly, especially considering he realistically has no chance to coach at OSU in the near future.
November 8th, 2020 at 12:53 AM ^
You're right, It does not matter! Bo grew up a big buckeye fan in Ohio and was assistant coach on Woody's early OSU teams. I'm sure he would have loved to coach OSU if given a chance but knew what he could do with a Michigan team. When he got that chance he became one of our greatest coaches. So, OSU supporters can become great Michigan men.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
6-8 million a year could lay those colors down. He could instantly recruit and I have a feeling he would love to go at Day.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:53 PM ^
I highly, highly doubt that.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:07 PM ^
Bo coached at Ohio State and Moeller played there.
November 7th, 2020 at 5:28 PM ^
Are you aware that Bo played and coached for Woody?
November 8th, 2020 at 2:55 AM ^
If Mattison can go be a Buckeye, Fickell can be a Wolverine.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:50 PM ^
Fickell I think would take it. He’s an old school Buckeye. He respects the rivalry and knows what it means.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:53 PM ^
I don’t think so.
November 7th, 2020 at 3:52 PM ^
The only dope who’s lost to Michigan in the last 16 games? How far we’ve fallen
November 7th, 2020 at 4:04 PM ^
To be fair, he was one overthrow away from winning.
November 7th, 2020 at 4:06 PM ^
He was an interim coach with a freshman QB that was one play away from beating us... not a big sample size. Cincinnati would curb stomp us right now. They’d probably put up 60 on us. He is going to get a major job soon... why not Michigan??
November 7th, 2020 at 4:02 PM ^
I think Luke FIckell is a good coach and would be okay with the hire. Id prefer UM went with an offensive mined HC, though. I think they need someone with a modern offense that is their own. So they can coach the details of it and recruit to it.
A defensive coach is going to cycle through OCs. Each with their own nuances.

Who’s the best coach available? Urban Meyer...
We need to bite our pride and do what’s best for Michigan football and do whatever it takes to get him.
