Meanwhile, in other legacies of Wolverines wearing #12 (and some pure classic play-by-play commentary)...
Thanks WH and enjoy, as always!

The T-Shirt Countdown hits 2009 today, and it's time to make our pledge to be ALL IN...
The ND game that year (and the prominence of this shirt during it) makes this one an instant classic in the repertoire IMO.

This was probably one of my favorite shirts.

Why are there only 8 games listed?
October 12th, 2020 at 10:04 AM ^
I'm pretty sure those are the home games. All four non-conference games were at home and then split 4 home and 4 away in the conference.

That would make sense.

Man 2009 sucked .... 5-7 and lost to MSU, Purdont, PSU, Iowa .... and got absolutely destroyed by Illinois

Love the gratuitous 3 stripes between
Michigan and the A from All and the R from For

The Story 2009 does its part in laying the groundwork for TBL's prominence in MGoBlog culture, as well as the omnipresence of ennui. But, more than anything else, it injects the feels of Rich Rod era right back into you eleven years later...

A functional buy-a-blocker offense with a defense Matt McGloin could have a career day against, here we are

We’re dirty, dozen, but we’ll clean up soon.

It seems only yesterday we were 13.

The number 12 brought to you by the Staee special teams.
October 12th, 2020 at 6:08 AM ^
They didn't come to play school.

Feels almost surreal that the season is this close from starting

Agree and my internal clock is all jacked up. It's October 12th and I'm walking my dog at 6:30 am and it is 65 degrees in columbus. Almost all the leaves are off one tree at my house and the other is green. It's damn near mid october yet football is starting. We don't celebrate halloween and decorate for Christmas on halloween night...meaning, we put up christmas stuff in 19 days...but footbal starts in 12 days. How is any of this possible?
My brain doesn't know how to reconcile all of these things lol.

Yet somehow you reconciled living in columbus and are a Michigan fan. I think you'll figure it out.

You put up Christmas decorations on Halloween? You MONSTER!
October 12th, 2020 at 12:42 PM ^
haha yeah I know it's odd. We are one of those weird families that do not celebrate halloween so we did it as a goof one year and our daughter loved so it's now some strange thing we all look forward to decorating on Halloween night.
For the record though we do not put up the outside lights until a couple weeks later but we go pretty hard with the inside decorations so we do all that on halloween.

a dozen.... as long as you're not a baker.
