I prefer solving problems with intelligence. What do the Don Brown apologists have to say tonight?

OSU will win and ultimately it won’t be close.   Am I an apologist? No I just know that power spread and pro style teams run the ball first.   And you have no DTs.  You have Mo Hurst and like magic the games are close.   You don’t and they aren’t.   Against a power spread team.....

If you want to fire Don Brown because our DT recruiting sucks fine.  But if it’s “why can’t you make 280 lb guys 320 LBs?” then that’s not the answer...

Do you think it made any difference that Fields had an injured knee throughout the Wisconsin game, and Wisconsin didn't have to worry much about what was previously one of the main components of OSU's offense (namely Fields running it *a lot*)?

MSU gave up 34 points against Ohio State.  Is MSU's defense better than ours?

Rutgers scored 21 points against Ohio State.  Is their offense better than Penn State's?

Reflexivity isn't a great measure in college football.

RECAP:

1.  OSU has a post-Michigan hangover in the 1st half

2.  A bunch of braindead posters stupidly attribute this to Jim Leonhard's defense and masturbate furiously to his photo.

3.  OSU wakes up in the 2nd half.

So Wisconsin stopped them twice on their first two drives. OSU fumbled on their third drive.

then OSU scores every drive they got for the rest of the game.

I guess Wisconsin gave up less points but that sounds a lot like our game with a couple less boneheaded plays by UW. I don’t know what the answer is but go ahead and fire DB, and we’ll spend the next couple years adjusting, losing to OSU, and maybe get better and maybe not. ?‍♂️ I’m gonna go watch basketball the next few months and see how that goes for me

Bunch of dumb ass hot takers!!!  OSU just has some of their best teams they’ve ever had these past few years.  Just have to catch up.

If you have an offense that can't piece together 1st downs against against OSU, you don't stand a chance.

I hate that people think a simple change in DC will solve all problems.  Harbaugh did the right thing with Gattis and it feels like a great fit.  Don Brown is a top 10 DC.  We have 9 wins this season with a beatdown of ND and MSU, with a game tying drop against PSU.  Don't give up on Harbaugh and Don because of OSU. They are dictating what we do which isn't good.

Schematically the UW defense is more adaptable than hours. They play with more speed and size on the field. It’s actually fun to watch. They’ve got great LB play, they’ve got 5 DBs on the field and they gang tackle. There’s levels to the defense opposed to the individual match ups we apparently strive for. DB isn’t a terrible DC but the UW scheme works and with the talent we could pull in it’d be nice to see, too and Leonard isn’t leaving Madison.

SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH ALL CAPS!

Also, what has been scientifically proven to work is solving problems by gut feel when you have no relevant experience or expertise.

Specifically, this process works well:
1.  Desire to be a CFP team.
2.  If not already, fire coaches.

Profit!  (i.e., win natty.)

USC, Florida State, Texas, Miami, Tennessee, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Texas A&M are still in the ". . ." part.
