ESPN is going to run an all-time UM football fantasy draft

It is behind a pay wall. Who would be on your team (offense and defense)?
And Biakabatuka is on all teams of mine. Just because.
If we are going off of fantasy production then Denard's sophomore year has got to be pretty high on the list.
Willie Heston, Benny Friedman, and Anthony Carter for sure.
Kovacs?! Who else would qualify as a good/great safety? Maybe Cato June?

You can't possibly be of legal drinking age. Most these players have played in the last 10 years...
I saw him play as a kid in person; he was just a beast.
A-Train, give me TD's, and lots of them!
Start with Woodson. Plenty of talent and depth at QB, WR, RB, and OL. Really all sorts of talent all over. Woodson at CB is special. I would try to get the following players:
Anthony Thomas
Mario Manningham
LaMarr Woodley
David Molk
Marcus Ray
Rick Leach
But the best values, IMO, in the theoretical draft. Aside from Woodson, players that might not be taken in the first few rounds of htis theoretical draft. Because I've grown up in the 90's and 2000's my picks lean towards players of that era.
Steve Everitt... I think not... Everitt played over half his senior season with a broken jaw!
though if someone has tabulated all stats produced by every Michigan player in their career at Michigan by season, the result for the "best team of all-time" will vary based on the league's scoring options. Furthermore, the order of when each player should be drafted would also vary based on the number of teams and differential scoring for each position.
Pretty good list. I'd have to go with Erick Anderson at ILB and going further back, maybe Thom Darden at a safety. He had that unforgettable INT in the 71 Ohio game, causing Woody to shred the down markers. Messner is hands-down the best interior DL in Michigan history.
Two suggestions:
RT Jon Jansen
K Mike Gillette
This is a pretty comprehensive list...but what good is it if we dont pick it apart!
How about Jarrett Irons at MB? Primarily based on what he did over a four year career, compared to Harris who had basically two years. Also have to go with Marlin Jackson over Law at the other CB spot. Both had very similar careers in regards to numbers, but my memory feels like Jackson had more of an impact on the field while he was in the game.
Manningham has to make a list. He was unreal 06-07
