5 Star RB Leonard Fournette to officially visit Michigan ($)
Per Rivals$
It looks like our coaching staff, with the help of Peppers, was able to convince the best running back in the nation and top player overall to some sites to use an official to visit in the fall. The general consesus is that this is an LSU and Alabama fight for the New Orleans native, but with the extremely positive trend we've been seeing in recruiting and how great our campus visits have been, anything is possible once you get a player on campus.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.
Hate to be Debbie Downer, but this can never work. Fred Jackson simply cannot overstate his talents. How can we have a RB that is accurately described by Freddy?
God.
...but faster.
...and more omnipotent.
...and extant.
sure can't hurt
logged in just to add my +1 for this. Perfectly timed.
No doubt. But still awesome to be getting this many top players visiting.
Hand...Andrew Brown...Adoree Jackson...McDowell...now Fournette.
Craziness.
Smith, too. As well as a bunch of very high four-stars as well.
The last time he updated his list, Andrew Brown did not include Michigan in the list of schools he planned on visiting officially. Obviously, things can still change.
...without having to resort to telling recruits that Les has Parkinson's.
...or awkwardville.
The only reason he is coming here is because Ohio State is not interested.
Get him on campus and anything can happen! Nice news to get on a Friday!
For added fun watch his highlight video and count how often he gets tackled
I'm fairly certain you can count the number of times on one hand.
I know its still within the realm of a pipedream, but if we are able to get him on campus anything could happen. Plus, with all these 5 star players showing interest, if we get a bunch on campus we should get at least one or two more really high profile commits.
The kid looks like Bo Jackson.
That video is a flat-out wow! He deserves all five of those stars.
Holy Smokes that's probably the best RB film I've ever seen.
That was really nice of them to show me which player was him before every play, as if I wouldn't have figured out he was the dude scoring a touchdown every time he touched the ball.
I counted.
If you don't count the times where he was tackled into the end zone, he's stopped in the field of play twice. The first time is almost five minutes in.
I can see why he'd been an LSU lean. He looks perfect for their system. I would love to see him in the winged helmet.
I think a kid that good is perfect for any system
must be very thankful that they have Urb & his magical ability to see through the fog of 5-Star Hype to the "uncompetitive" athlete beneath. It's saved them from quite a few recruiting mistakes recently.
There are only two times where he is stopped before reaching the endzone. This kid is phenomenal. I definitely wouldn't mind having him on the team.
