“Michigan had three student-athletes with perfect 4.0 GPAs in Trente Jones (football), Leah Hill(women's cross country) and Allison Jacobs(volleyball).”
To his defense, his “damaged mind” was intact enough to have the highest GPA on the team. He’s a brilliant young man, and sometimes those guys see the bigger picture more than wanting to continue to bash into other people for a living (ie Andrew Luck). Like you, I am cheering for him to be well and have a rich life.
Sunday afternoons in the fall can be quite beautiful. I haven’t missed quitting fantasy football, and I now enjoy only sporadically watching NFL games.
This is a beautiful story. Thanks for sharing XM. Life is so rich, and death is so hard. Yet, thanks be to God - there is hope in eternity and joy and peace now. Your sons sound like impressive young men.
I have seen Beecher log some significant minutes for the Bruins during the playoffs, including an important goal. Edit: will look forward to seeing more about him in the next post.
Even after signing day, anyone can transfer anywhere at any time. I feel like all of the dramatic and rapid changes are giving me figurative whiplash. I’m just so glad we have this national championship to treasure.
This video is awesome. It was posted weeks ago, but worth a revisit. Seeing Jim sing the whole victors song alone in a large room of LA people last night is the kind of uncomfortable weird stuff that makes Jim who he is. He is such an amazing weirdo, and I just miss him being our weirdo.
Outstanding to get more talent in the room. Welcome home Dom! I know the wind was rough, but the small sample size of spring game kicking was disconcerting.
I just love winning championships. Instead of it being infuriating, I actually find it exhilarating! I don’t even care how, but it’s almost more rewarding when other programs seem to get all the credit for the big name transfers that they get, but we just win the games.

Is this a passive-aggressive shot against osu? It sure feels like it, and I like the vibe.
Incredible performance - particularly given the recent roasting he endured.

Fighting the sandman was the beginning of the end, and simultaneously, the end of the end.
Affairs are in order
Because Michigan is a threat to basically every other academic/athletic institution in this country.
OLU, yes, but also Olu Oluwatimi
It’s called Ohio State. We don’t need to treat them like Voldemort and sink to their pathetic level.
They are 0 for the decade in the 2020s, which is nice.
Billy, the drinking, golfing sea monster. I finally have my big idea like that guy on Office Space with his jump to conclusions mat.
16-4 is an exponential blowout. They might be just trying to protect their brains from exploding.
Isaiah Hole would, for one.
Dr Jaws, this humble brag might be more simply characterized as a brag.
Congrats to her! She was there during the golden years!
16-3, it’s a laugher!!!
That Deja Blue graphic was freaking awesome. Back 2 Back - go blue!
The only thing better than beating Penn state to win a B1G championship is doing it on a buckeye logo.
This is exactly what our football team does in Big Ten championship games: demolition of opponents. 14-3. Go Blue!
Cruzcontrol - you are The lacrosse guru around here. Thanks for your commentary!
Another one! 9-3. Michigan looking dominant.
I started a fresh thread since this one got so buried. Go Blue! 6-1
Yes!

Michigan vs Penn State
GAME ON! Already up 2-0!
Deal with the negs, my guy
I am puzzled as to why this time, energy, and attention is being dedicated to Notre Dame‘s football schedule on MGoBlog?
10-7
Hail to the victors!
Anthony >>>> Johns
Michigan is on a 9-2 run and outshooting JH 43-23. Up 10-7. 6 minutes to go to make the B1G championship.
9-6 now
On a 5-0 run ever since Cruz started this thread!

The other 75% was in a fast food bag

Maybe?
Talk about a finishing kick! You knew harbaugh would get someone here.
It’s a sprint to the finish! Chargers on the clock…
The employment flex, when delivered subtly, can be a powerful flex.

They got themselves a WINNER!

I love winning national championships without winning the offseason. It’s the best way to win national championships.
Imagine how many games we could’ve won last year if he had access to a fully open playbook
This would be quite the flex by Alford💪🏿
