In week 13 of the 2004 season, three Michigan QBs started and they went 2-1 with Brady/Griese winning and Navarre losing. 

I do not recall any other school having that (it's possible that I didn't pay much attention to other schools). 

Clayton Richard never "played" for Michigan, did he? I mean no one was clamoring for him to start over Henne. I forgot everything about that time besides the starters. 

Wouldn't it be better to go to someone who would be competing? With all due respect to Illini, I don't see them competing.

This is what I was told by a gentleman in the local Total Wine shop. 

Barrel proof is 125. That's the starting point. Everything else is diluted to get to a lower proof. This one seems to be 45% vol by alcohol, so 90 proof. Chances are it's going to be smooth. Should be similar to Eagle Rare 10 years in "bite".

Sorry for your loss. I lost my grandfathers (paternal when I was six months old, and maternal when 14 years) before fully knowing their value. However, the rest of the family had helped to keep them alive with their stories. I love to see that both your children and their grandpa were able to enjoy each other's company.

Michigan beating OSU thrice in a row may have prompted the giving as well. They realized that they really needed to up their game. 

I am also very happy to see Day becoming a seller and not remain a coach anymore. The Chip Kelly experiment might be tough to work. A team of superstars is NOT a superstar team. 

For some kids, athletic scholarships are the ticket to riches. They are better athlete than a doctor or engineer or a lawyer. AND once their career ends in mid-20s to mid-30s, they can come back or get a certification to work on those fields. 

By mid-30s, most people in their careers (via academic route) are selling. These athletes are going to do the same and their names will open more doors.

If you are high-school wrestling coach, I am worried that you are not imparting the proper knowledge to the students under you. The "life" of someone vastly exceeds their potential/actual "athlete" life. Please encourage behavior that is not detrimental to their "life".

I figured that JH maybe ignoring the medical advice to return to the sidelines. I respect him. Yet, at the same time, this particular action of ignoring the doctors tells me that he wasn't ready for this job. 

I know it's a mark of strength to play through pain/injuries, etc. But after a while, such bullheaded behavior hurts the team a lot more than the little upside it had. 

JH should have listened to the doctors and stayed away from the court for the 23-24 season.
