So now that Harbaugh passed on banks we'll likely end up with an extremely below average OL class. How many more years before Harbaugh can actually bring in an offensive line capable of all around play.
I don't understand why our OL recruiting hasn't been better. All the current commits are projects and all the guys we are hoping to sign are likely to go elsewhere with the exception of Ruiz. If Harbaugh and crew whiffs on Wilson after the time and effort put into him, I'd be pretty disappointed
Lol if Harbaugh left for the Rams he would be the biggest joke in Michigan history. He could never step foot in Ann Arbor again. No way Jim is going to LA or any other NFL team anytime soon.
That's true. I guess my main issues are purely selfish anyhow. Really didn't understand how anyone could be so bad at using someone so great as Jabrill Peppers. Also really bewildered on how below average the offense was against Iowa, as well as late in the game vs osu.
If I'm being honest, back to back ten win seasons is a great deal after the previous decade. It's just maddening that we still couldn't beat Ohio st, with such a senior laden team.
If Drevno does leave, I really hope Harbaugh stays away from Greg Roman. Being from upstate ny, I got to follow him very closely while he was with the bills. Roman sucks. He is so predictable, so conservative, and so behind the times.
Peppers at 5th is laughable. He is the best "player" bc he influences games in so many different ways. 933 snaps at 14 different positions.
Sadly peppers could've easily won this award had our staff not been offensively challenged with how to use him. I'm still puzzled as to why we didn't see peppers more as a standard RB like we did in 15. With all the big wins we had, if the coaches used Jabrill the right way he could've easily had 10-15 td on offense.
Jabrill knows that his best shot at a national title, big ten championship, and win over Ohio st was this season. As much as I want him to come back, it really comes down to risk vs reward.
One area Peppers can ABSOLUTELY upgrade his draft stock is pass coverage (specifically man). I have watched every one of our games 2-4 times this season, and one of Jabrill's only flaws is in coverage, specifically against quick twitch type slot receivers. Another area Jabrill could get better in is getting off blocks against power run teams such as MSU, Wisconsin, Iowa, and to a lesser extent OSU. Adding just a few more lbs coupled with added technique could really make his game incredibly well rounded.
Looking at it from Jabrills point of view (assuming mock drafts are correct and he's a top ten lock) - Instant millionaire or come back to an inexperienced team, running the risk of injury.
Had Jabrill not gotten injured as a Freshman, I believe he would lean more toward coming back. Jabrill has worked so hard and his ultimate goal was to make it to the NFL...
Selfishly I'm really pissed off bc we only got to watch him for 2 seasons of football. The football gods robbed us again.
The trick play Boise state ran to send the 07 fiesta bowl into OT. Now that play is commonplace at the end of games. But NO ONE ran it to perfection like Boise.
Wow, I didn't know Harbaugh made 9 mill a year. In that case, he is VASTLY overpaid. Wow. Harbaugh himself said football is a meritocracy, right? In that case, he is overpaid by his own words.
Should not be ahead of Saban or Meyer until he beats one of them or at least wins the big ten.
So far Harbaugh has back to back 3rd place finishes in the east.

When's the last time we won the big ten?
It's pathetic. Lost to Georgia for a recruit we supposedly lead for 2 years for lol. Good shit doesn't happen to Michigan.
Thus my handle. If you don't like it go fuck yourself.
