I have to disagree with my esteemed colleague here. The moment they won the cup was October 9,1996. That's the day they picked up Shanahan from the Whalers.
No politics or fox news propaganda coming from me mackbru...just stating the facts. 14.4% for incomes over 1 million with efforts to raise that to 16-18%. I love California...always have
They're winning ugly cause they have no choice. Their stable of RBs and WRs have been battling injuries all season. Couple that with a rookie QB that hasn't found a consistant groove yet.
Marines like to say, "Yes, we're a department of the Navy. The MEN's department." There's always some good ribbing between the services. I was in the Marine Corps and we had some shit hot corpsman in my infantry unit. One of the them went to BUDS and became a SEAL just before I got out. Went to his graduation and I have to say, inter service rivalry and all, I was damn proud of him.
I like the General Mattis quote. He was my Battalion Commander in 1st Battalion, 7th Marines when he was a lowly Lt. Colonel. Then he later became our Regimental CO when he made Colonel. He's a great leader. Shameful how Obama and Trump treated him at the end of his career
I watched the LSU/FSU game last night on my local ABC channel (WJRT/ABC 12 Flint) on my spectrum cable. Not using any antenna what so ever. Here's a list of all Disney Channels I'm not receiving.
espn, espn 2, espnu and world, Fox Movie, FX, FXX, Disney, National Geo, Freeform, Wild channel, Disney Jr, and also for some reason the SEC and ACC conference channels. Not sure how those 2 are tied in with Disney but I lost those as well
My "basis" is I watched all 3 games, I saw how they celebrated after the draw vs Portugal and the fact that their former teammate, Carli Lloyd was critical of their focus on off field issues during her post game analysis. Also, I'm not on social media of any kind so your assupmtion that I saw someone posting "we should get paid the same as men" on instagram, or whatever" is a non factor.
They looked like crap. Played disjointed and uninspired. Carli Lloyd blasted them in her post game analysis for celebrating and dancing after barely surviving the group stage. She also stated that there's been too much focus with the off field issues rather than their on field performance as a team. I couldn't agree more. They seem to be more focused on being celebrities/acceptable social justice warriors rather than excelling at the sport they're paid to play. This team will make history as the worst US performance in the 32 years of the WWC
I use a vpn and have been for years. Not only does it provide security but it cloaks your ip address so you can watch programs from other countries. I mostly watch UK programs on channels such as the BBC network, ITV, Channel 5, and All 4 channel. I mainly get my news from BBC, GB news and Talk TV as well.
Back in the 90's I was stationed on Guam for about a year as part of Marine Security Forces Company, Marianas Islands Detactment. We did jungle training on Tinian for a week. We trained at North field (old WW2 airfield) and I have to say it was very humbling being there. I stood on the very runway that Enola Gay and Bockscar departed to drop the atomic bombs. At the end of the runway was a sign depicting the historic moment yet was being encroached by the ever moving jungle. As I was standing there, 50 years removed, most of the airfield was overgrown and the asphalt runways had long since crumbled, I still felt the signifcance of that place and time. Much respect to your great uncle and all those that served
I snuck off base (29 Palms,CA) and drove to Vegas with my fiance to get married on a Saturday morning, she flew back to Michigan Sunday morning and my unit flew out Monday to the Persain Gulf. I spent a few months in the Gulf as my honeymoon. Had to sneek off base cause we were on air alert but we were told Monday would be the soonest we leave so I took a chance.
As for the second question, I'd say choose your battles
Gotta love the optimism of lions fans lol. I remember back when Queen's "Another one Bites the Dust" was the theme song for the Lions in 1980. 40+ years later and we're still suffering. This time next year the same ole conversation will be had about how close they are to turning the corner. Following the Lions all these years, I've realized how Rutgers fans feel
Their point is moot regarding the weather. It's just another excuse from the whiney buckeye horde. Looking at CJ Stroud's stats for both games, he actually had a better game in the cold last year.
2021 34/49 394 yards and 2 TDs - cold and snowy
2022 31/48 349 yards 2 TDs and 2 INTs - sunny and 55 degrees
I believe that's the second time they've shown that piece. I recall seeing it earlier in the season when Fox had the Michigan game that week. Heartwarming story
I left the Post Office 14 years ago to trade commodities and index futures. I had 20+ years of federal time between military and PO towards retirement. WFH since and haven't looked back. Watched my daughter grow up and was home everyday for it. No regrets here
Just put an order in for an Absolute 60 Fly. I'll be spending a good portion of my summer next year out on Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron. The combination of a strong dollar and weak Euro was to good to pass up and wait. Was thinking about buying a Sunseeker Predator but the difference between the US $ and British pound made it too expensive. Plus I like how the Absolute 60 Fly is geared towards comfort and entertaining. Great boat for the family and friends to hang out on for the weekend
That's what I don't understand. They have an open marriage and he accepts other men banging the shit out of his wife but the hill he's gonna die on is a joke about his wife's hair loss!?!? It's hard for me to reconcile the logic in that.
Typical hollywood hypocrisy. Preaching love, tolerance and all inclusiveness...until someone says something that upsets you and then the gloves are off.
Semper Fi Mac !! So I take it you were in before it became a kinder, gentler Corps. As was I, 90-97. Drill instructors were still hitting recuits when I went thru
TBH your statement isn't factual tho. Many turbo props have the range for that trip (non stop) and have the ability for short runway takeoffs. TBM 940, Piper M600 and Pilatus PC12 just to name a few. The Beechcraft Denali is another but full production on that aircraft hasn't started as of yet. With that being said, I don't think Michigan is the turbo prop type of institution tho.
lol you think !!! A 3500 foot runway isn't long enough to support a normal jet departure period which is why I stated "Willow Run is better suited for private jets." You must of missed the first sentence of my statement
I watched Sam Webb on the SEC network interview and I'm of the same mindset. If Michigan can get the lead, I don't think Georgia has the offense to match Michigan score for score

Obviously I'm not smart enough to understand this. Enlighten me
I get the sarcasm but I think you missed the 37% Federal. So it's more near $8 mil. Still....better than most

Cali taxes will halve that. 8 mil take home still isn't bad tho lol
I played high school football and I'm not bragging when I say this but we were undefeated when we outscored our opponents
A surprising non douche moment from an extremely douche guy.
locate, close with and destroy. Semper Fi teufel hunden
Semper Fi Mac !!!

Spectrum subscribers still have access to ABC. It's the ESPN content that's blocked
Other than your own
I did. If you don't wanna accept my opinion, then don't. whatever

"beyond maybe seeing someone's social media posts" - Who is the "someone"
Who's social media posts are you refering to?

Your defination of "pink happiness" is totally different than mine.

agreed. Illinois is a very physical team. We don't need anymore injuries
Sounds like a good witness for Tom Mars to interview
LMAO....accountable and apologetic. More MSU players being "red-locked" will be the result

LOL...it's the same line of crap they say every year.
-There was a lot of teaching out there today
-Practice was run very crisp and efficient, not a lot of time wasted
So on so forth
LOL. I think I'll get more enjoyment outta my boat than I do from Michigan football.

Love the flying bit. I'm gonna spend a month island hopping in the Caribbean in a Piper 600 SLS

He's USC bound. Even with the drought, the never ending wildfire season and oppressive Covid restrictions, SoCal is still SoCal

Willow Run is better suited for private jets. 7500 ft runway vs 3500 ft at Ann Arbor Municipal
is this a Jimmy V commercial?
Sure they are. Look at the names. They are practically spelled the same

Does it come with high speed internet?
