Michigan beats sparty - On to the Frozen Four- Snowflakes!
I went to Tampa last year. This year, I can’t get out of Austin Wednesday, or even Thursday morning, at a decent fare because the flights are still jam-packed with people leaving after Monday’s eclipse. So here’s hoping for one more win so I can attend Saturday, and then a second championship of the calendar year to celebrate Saturday night. :)

Awesome third period. When they combine their skill with defensive zone responsibility (except the pp goal from the slot) they are fun to watch.
Sparty picking a fight as their season ran down is, whether they like it or not, very on brand for them.

As some who lives in St Louis, I would like to point out that every time Michigan has played in a regional in St Louis they have won and gone to the Frozen Four.
RCMB meltdown is crazy. That they ignore there’s a banner for F4, but that they also have only cared about advancing in basketball… next level

It's amazing to see the team play their strongest in the 3rd period these past 2 games. When it's been the opposite most of the regular season. Kudos to Coach Naurato & staff for making some adjustments and the players for appearing to have more stamina down the stretch than both teams.

The National Title in football was two days after the anniversary of her passing away. I finally felt at peace watching the confetti come down.

Decades ago I was on a state championship hockey team. In the lobby of the stadium afterwards it was wild, crowded. My dad walked up to me in the midst of the crowd and says, “I know your mother can see us” (she had passed a year before). We both lost it, and my dad in particular was a stoic guy.
I actually feel for MSU lately. All the friends I have that are Msu grads or fans are just defeated and think they will never win again at anything.
On another note... F OSU!
MSU fans can look forward to those moments somewhere down the road when Michigan slips up or makes the wrong hire and they get another moment in the light. But not this day.
after the dantini and tiny tim years, that turned me off of 'rooting' for sparty. those two are hate-filled cancers and until that stench has gone away i have no sympathy for them.
Sparty Football and Basketball are sh%t progams, but I'm fine with them having a decent hockey again because this is the one rivalry that is best when it is competitive. There isn't much I respect about MSU, but Ron Mason did it the right way, and the competitive intensity of the games vs. Red were so much fun.
Hoping a two week break will allow Seamus Casey to get back in the lineup. He was really missed on the Power play last night. We could have won by 5-6 if he was directing the PP
