I did see a rumor that part of his dissatisfaction with Ole Miss was the coaches insisting he remain at CB and not letting him play WR, and that he'd be looking to play WR wherever he lands next. We could use both, honestly, so still feels like a take.
You're right, I thought I saw today that he was confirmed to Michigan on 247, but it was just a 100% crystal ball.

I think he's trying to come back but he's not confirmed, therefore not on the roster.

With GWIII now gone, we are going to get someone. A friend who sometimes knows emailed today to say that there were rumors maybe the next player up would be someone special. In line with your thoughts, a rim-running someone to dunk misses and play D might be the kind of player to hope for.

Agreed but Graham, Grant, Will J and Loveland will be 1st Rd picks and Hausemann and Barham could be as well depending on how well they play this year.
Our defense is going to be stout with a lot depth as well.
Of all the sports, football carries the shortest career length. I hate the turnover for selfish reasons, but the only good decision of mid/high round draft targets is to go get paid.

McGregor made a huge mistake leaving, another dominant season could have made him no worse than a 2nd or 3rd rd pick.
Especially with how great our DL will be, opening up opportunities for him to shine.

I see Washington QB Sam Huard is in the portal(5 🌟). Any chance they kick the tires on him? They can say publicly that we're all set at X position, but when X position is unstable and undecided, you gotta kick tire,or am I wrong? You gotta be trying to improve the team whenever you can. I'm not saying that Huard is needed or he even wants to come here, but you gotta ask right?
