Medved win % & record
Niko Medved has exactly the type of coaching record that indicates he is very likely an elite coach.
His win record at Colorado State after his first 2 years is 79.2%
He took Furman from 9-21 to 23-11
At Colorado he took a program that was 12-21 his first year to 24-10 this year.

Agreed. CBB is changing and if there's anything we should have learned from that utter flop of an "elite" recruiting class, it's that talent can be a double edged sword. Someone who can build a team out of program guys will find consistent success.

Nothing at all wrong with that model when the one-and-done model nearly always fails .

A lot of this coaching convo--including Brian's--omits the elephant in the room. Can Warde make the Michigan job attractive for an up-and-coming coach who's ambitious? Who's really worth his salt? Under current NIL and transfer conditions?

Word is that Princeton's Mitch Henderson is in discussions with Stanford. Henderson played under the legendary Pete Carril, and has amassed a 232-121 record in 12 years at Princeton, with only one losing season. You may recall that last year's Princeton team advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. Would be an intriguing option.

It's all a crapshoot.
If was a slam dunk elite someone would have grabbed him out of CSU a few years ago after 25-6
