So Cornwell is the guy then? I ask because it seems like he also has the most interest in us. Is there anything more the coaches need to do before offering? They have met and seen tape on everyone at this point, I believe.
Would anyone on defense get #2? NO -- but Countess next year if he plays like I expect him to this year.
Same goes for the #1 on offense? H*LL NO -- Might have been Stonum if he would have kept himself out of trouble.
Helmet stickers? Yes? No? NO -- There are other ways to incentivise players.
Alternate jerseys? YES -- but not adidas ones, refer to my suggestion about being the athletic director
Helmet numbers? YES/NO -- only if the players ask to keep them
What kind of offense would you run? Spread -- obviously not going to play Denard in anything else
To add on to that, who would be your coordinators? Do I seriously need to answer?! Especially on defense?!
I would get rid of the Adidas uniforms in favor of Nike.
If not the aforementioned, then I would never allow adidas to create alternative uniforms similar to ones they just created for Notre Dame.
