In my opinion, it has gotta be Yak. John B executed the most successful culture shift in the history of Michigan athletics, and hiring in house to keep that culture alive is paramount in my opinion. Also need to keep the recruits and players on the roster currently happy, which I have heard would be the most successful if Yak was hired
Cole has all of the tools to be a PERFECT John Beilein project guy. First of all, he's long. The obvious physical comparison here is Caris coming in to U of M, but I think he is more of a Caris/Nik mash-up. Just wait until John gets two or three years to work with a kid like this. Would not be surprised if he was an All Big Ten selection down the road in 3-4 years. Just do not give up on the guy if you do not hear about him next year. Give it time, and this will be a HUGE signing for the maize and blue.
Being only 21, I never had the pleasure of watching some of the greats on this list. All I know is that I fell in love with Michigan football watching Woodley play Linebacker. He was all over the field, with size and speed that was unlike anything I had ever seen. Love that you guys do these lists, allows me to reminisce on the good days of Lloyd Carr-lead teams. We will get back there soon!

Franz is the best player on the team at this point. Playing incredibly well on both ends, just needs to start hitting more consistently from deep!
