As of this moment, which is 48 minutes after you posted your comment, there are 144 comments, which doesn't constitute "hundreds". But the fact that you read the comments means maybe you care just as much.
I'm only asking you because yours is the second comment I've seen to the same effect. As the prosecutor, judge, jury, and executioner, what narrative does the NCAA have to set? People are implying that the NCAA needs to convince themselves that Harbaugh did something wrong LOL.
I hate this narrative. The only thing Meyer was (probably) guilty of was trying to keep two people together who never should have been together in the first place. Zach Smith is not a good dude, but there was never any proof he hit her. Hell, her own mother back Smith. You have plenty of reasons to not like Ohio, but this shouldn't be one of them.
It always gives me a laugh when Michigan fans try to discredit other institution's academic standing when over half of UM's senior class is enrolled as General Studies majors annually. Please get off your high horse. It's laughable and simply isn't true.
How is Fields' case any weaker than Patterson's? He claimed that he was misled as the possible severity of the punishment, but how could anyone have known how bad the punishment was going to be? Also, if Ole Miss was handing out bags of cash, how reasonable is it that Patterson wasn't getting some of that action? And let's not forget that his brother was, and remains, on the Ole Miss staff. So he got a waiver because his family member lied to him? I'd say Fields' case is every bit as strong as Patterson's.

Full disclosure, Buckeye fan here. I popped on to catch the reaction from the other side. Frankly, it IS disgusting. If something were to happen to Harbaugh, yes there would be a percentage of OSU fans that would have a similar reaction to what is going on here, but I can almost guarantee that it would not be close to the 90%+ that I see here.
I'm not sure that he's one bit overrated, and name calling doesn't make your point any stronger. Oh, he was better than Hurst last year, and arguably the best player in all of CFB this year until the injury.
You do understand that UM is higher in the rankings because of the number of recruits, not that quality. Average star rating is still considerably in OSU's favor.
