Yay, non existent recruiting Yay, non existent recruiting victory over OSU. Means nothing, till we can actually beat them.
He seems OSU bound His comments about his visit where not ecstatic and I've seen multiple CBs for him to OSU.
Trust issues To me, this is unacceptable. Pushing other kids out to get higher rated recruits bugs me already, but then having a highly rated guy who had stuck with us for so long, to say "sorry not sorry but your no longer good enough" two weeks before signing day is absurd to me, it kinda makes Harbaugh look like a dick. And if you think about it, doing this type of things will get noticed by other recruits present and future, and if you see that a coach continually pushes kids out who he offered and had made a commitment, you begin to wonder if you can trust that guy.
Unfortunately Ohio state already has two 5 stars committed to them in the class of 2017. And has by far the number one class, the way we beat Ohio State doesn't really have to do with the talent gap imo. It has to do with scheme, and the rivalry itself. Harbaughs sheme, I think eventually could get OSU a few times, much like Sparty has the past 3/4 years, and we will have better played than Sparty.
I think Fuller is out Of reach, Wiltfong CB'd him to OSU. But David Long is definitely an upgrade.
So when Is Tennessee not going to be drastically over ranked in the preseason then end up 8-5?
They are definitely The two silent commits, can't wait till they come public with it!
Yes it's not a bad trade off at all, and It could be Harbuagh cooled on Evans bc we could be in good shape for an even better prospect ?
I don't think so Because it seems Corley is a pure WR which is what there looking for and many CBs have being going to OSU for Corley. So maybe they see him as more of DB? But I also saw Wiltfong put in a CB for OSU for Jordan Fuller
I don't See how offering a top prospect is getting desperate ?
Wiltfong Steve Wiltfong posted an article on Twitter that OSU had offered him, seems strange they would offer so late if they didn't feel they had a chance. Also, not sure which position they would want him for.
Vert and Corley I saw that with the increasing possibility that Corley will be picking Ohio State on Saturday, that if he in fact does, Vert would then schedule a visit to OSU, and people around OSU are optimistic about it.
It's fair. Honestly we are every bit as unproven as Ohio State, until we are able to beat them, they are going to continue to be regarded higher. And just like Bama, they have the recruiting and coaches to reload every year. Which is how we want to be in a few years.
No It was actually Ohio States 2005 class.
I wouldn't say that. Ohio state has continually brought in top 5 classes over the past 4 years, much like us, but Hoke waisted most of that talent in development. I think we still have 3 years till the gap is closer, we will be more experienced next year, but OSU will still be loaded, young and hungry. Much like when they won the national championship. Eventually we will get there, but to do it in one year is ridiculous.
Nothing is going on. All the players who are declaring played a significant part in there National Championship last year, what more is there to prove?
