even though we've kept the game close, i dont feel like we have every really threatened kansas. if they weren't shooting the 3 as bad as we are, the game wouldnt even be close.
I'd rather see the Pistons try and get Cole Aldrich, Al-Farouq Aminu, or Hassan Whiteside. There is a good number of quality big men in the upcoming draft.
I was able to attend last weeks Purdue-Wisconsin game and Purdue looked pretty awful. Their receivers dropped around 7-10 balls and John Clay ran on them at will. If Minor is at all healthy, he should be able to have a huge game.
I don't think this game really tells us anything about the Pistons other than that they are significantly better than one of the worst franchises in the NBA.
Just because he claims an offer on Rivals does not mean that it is committable. Michigan could have pulled the offer since the last time Rivals updated the offer list for him. I'm not saying this is true, but it is possible due to the prior commits at the position and the situation with Holmes and the DB from earlier in the summer.
Death of Auto-tune is just the first single he released off the album, it's called Blueprint 3. He also does not have any songs on the album with the auto-tune effect.
Jay-Z is the man. It's a shame his more recent stuff isn't of the same quality as his early stuff a la Reasonable Doubt. I hope Blueprint 3 marks a return to the beginning.
To quote your post: "Why is it that a annually bottom-cellar team has the balls to schedule USC, while we are still putzing around with ND and our directionals?"
I don't think anyone here considers Michigan an "annually bottom-cellar team" so your argument loses traction.
Further, a traditionally mediocre program has nothing to lose by scheduling national powers because they are expected to lose. Pretty much every year, there is only one or two undefeated BCS conference schools left at the end of the year, so where is the incentive to schedule a tough OOC game that you could potentially lose? Your best shot at making the national title game is to destroy the teams on your OOC schedule and run the table in conference.
He is probably telling the truth because any girl at UF who managed to de-viginize Tim Tebow would be a school legend. I have a lot of friends at UF and no one has ever mentioned anything like this and the athletes tend to have their lives scrutinized pretty heavily by the female population there.
I agree Nike created a lot of the hype by confiscating the videos but the ones they confiscated probably were taken from much closer and with a camera that produces better video than the one that leaked.
My favorite part of the article is when he talks about Tiger almost slamming a tiny fan in the head with a club on accident when the fan is crossing some sort of boundary to touch Tiger after he takes a shot.
http://www.detroitbadboys.com/ that site has a pretty good analysis of the signing. i still don't like the fact that Kwame will likely be starting at center.
I'm not trying to knock the kid's ambitions to be an engineer, but the new SAT is out of 2400 and assuming that is what he took, a 1400 is not very impressive.
my birthday is on Christmas so I went with a couple of friends to a bar that was having a nickle beer night and was practically empty for obvious reasons and proceeded to get blackout.
