A little personal story, this version was sung by a student group at my orientation. At this point I'd spent several years just applying and had finally made the cut.Hearing this opened the flood gates then and left this walk-on in tears in Angell hall.
I've always felt it's the purest rendition. No need for large band or crowds, just a group of friends and a piano. This is what makes Michigan such an iconic place for students and I look forward to the musical theatre class singing it almost every year. Hopefully this turns into a yearly tradition, but to this group thank you and forever go blue.
If we have questions about this who should we talk to? My profile says I was "blacklisted for noncompliance" but I don't understand that considering I thought I was always following my daily assignments. I'm a 3 star bordering 4 so I want to make sure I put in my move today and keep my streak alive. Thank you and I apologize if I put in an incorrect move by mistake.
