Maybe you could email me and I could pay you something, the idea of taking my son to his first game, and getting the certificate acknowledging it sounds amazing, especially since he just turned 6. My first game I went to I was 5. My farther in law was a professor at OSU, so I can’t wait much longer, otherwise his first football game might be that stadium the first time. His daughter did graduate with me from UofM in 2004. I’m pumped to take my son, so let me know how to make this happen, if possible.
I had season tickets until 5 years ago. My son has never been to a game though. With the craziness of last year not being able to go to any game, and hesitant to pull the trigger this year, I’d love to be able to take my son. [email protected]
In my opinion it’d be better if we allowed the kids to design the uniforms for OSU every year as a team. They’d be working on something together, and if done right, they’d start a trend as a team, like the Fab 5, or maybe one team develops a lucky uniform, or every team has an original uniform? I just think players make the program, and coaches control most things over the team already, so let them control the uniform one game every year, and as fans we’ll remember the uniform as what kinda team they were.
He’s got family in Michigan, his dad loves Michigan, and his mom is an OSU grad I believe. No decision from him will be made until his trip to Alabama in November. He’s said no schools outside Michigan, USC, and Alabama will be considered. Michigan’s lone 5* commit has become great friends with him over the last 3 years, and at one time were thought of as a package deal. Let’s just hope his Alabama visit sucks, and he chooses Michigan. I honey believe he only chooses USC still to be close to his parents!
For a team, that’s correct. They sponsored quite a few football players in the NFL first. Hence Charles Woodson convincing Jim and Michigan over any other contract to date! In fact, players got fined by the NFL for wearing Jordan cleats, and not Nike cleats. It wasn’t even close to the first time Jordan ventured outside basketball! Don’t speculate, investigate. It’s obvious, Nike thought Jordan guys could wear Jordan Cleats, Michigan’s contract was nearing an end, so Woodson stepped in and Made Michigan the first school!
It’s honestly why Georgia let go of Fields. He was good for OSU, but he didn’t win them a National Championship, but the QB they let transfer out because of Fields did win LSU a National Championship. Give me a pocket passer who can scramble every year and I’ll be happy! Rushing passers are very outdated now. Honestly give me a rushing qb in college football Michigan should desire. I can’t think of one, and outside D. Robinson, I loved all our starting pocket passers in the pros.
Plus McNamara isn’t a running qb, he’s a scrambler. Name the last running qb to win a National Championship Mr. Guru. The last team with one I can remember is Auburn.
Which defense are you worried about this month? And why would you run your QB this month? Just wondering because it seems like a terrible idea to risk injury this month when you can just use your running back to run the ball!
Exactly right. Alabama is the only team that looked great. Even OSU who does the Saban thing now, ok defense, but can put up points, didn’t look great against Minnesota. They complain we’re delusional, but OSU’s defense is really bad. Can’t wait for it to hurt them this year. Oh, but when their corners come back, lol, it was so impressive last year. I’d rather be in the conversation like Ohio State every year, but they aren’t gonna ever beat Bama with that defense they put out on a consistent basis. They praise Minnesota like they’re a top 25 team, I doubt that even if they’re running back wasn’t out for the season. I’m skeptical we’re a top 25 team, but Ohio State will hang 70 pts. On Georgia, you know! If we beat Penn State then we know, because Wisconsin is trash this year. Honestly, outside Ohio State, and Iowa this year who can you honestly say looked good in the B1G. Michigan did what they paid Western to do, lose. So even if it looked promising until they do this to B1G opponents I find this false hope! I wish we would find out this Saturday like we thought, but we’re probably going to crush Washington. If we don’t, last year might look great compared to this year.
It wasn’t just Miltons arm strength, he was a great scrambler/runner as well. High school talent can be tough, and honestly outside McNamara, nobody thought he was ready last year. The coaching staff did no favors for Milton, or any player, as last season was like Rich Rod’s first year! Down right embarrassing with our talent. Our coaching sucked at best, and going to overtime with Rutgers. I’ll leave it at this, our coaching sucked at best last year. Jimmy has this season to right the ship, period. I find it hilarious he took a major pay cut for how bad he’s sucked the las 4 years!
So if you’re watching games with Milton, does that mean he’s not going to play? Also, if you’re in there with him, doesn’t that mean you’re going to Tennessee games? That’s your first paragraph, if you consider two sentences a paragraph?♂️. Either way, Losing Bell hurts, and the defense is better! Like Saban says, “a good defense is important, but a great offense is better in college football nowadays.” Hang 35+ every game with a decent defense, and it’s hard to lose.
By the way, since you and Milton watch games together, can you ask him for me, does he miss Ann Arbor?
I know everyone here wants to crucify bluey, but he’s true to what he speaks. He’s on par for what he preaches, regaudless if we all disagree with 3* star prospects. So when I completely disagree with him on some of our 3 star gets, I can recognize that when we get a * rating that he says he wants, and we get, he does give positive feedback. Unfortunately, we all disagree with him about 3* recruits. He never mentioned once that Alabama already accepted 4 3 star players. 25% of their class, but of course we suck!
