People make bad decisions…

People make bad decisions all the time in business. This does not even come close to a fire able offense. They took care of the mistake and didn’t let a one day story become a two day story. There is no permanent harm to the program, athletes or university. It is handled, move on.

That is absolutely true Don…

That is absolutely true Don. As a business guy stepping into the AD role, Bill Martin was the best. What that experiment proved, is that being an AD, requires experience in managing college athletics, not corporations, or in Bill’s case, a bank.

Compared to Brandon, Martin…

Compared to Brandon, Martin and Goss, this guy is phenomenal. All the programs are on the right trajectory. Buildings are being built or upgraded. Kids are graduating. Budgets have surpluses. Life for Michigan athletics is bright. Love this guy.

Ok. Time to open the…

Ok. Time to open the pocketbook and get the best we can. In this business, no quarter is asked for and no quarter is given. Get the best and brightest. We have the money, assets and reputation to do this. Let’s stop whining and frigging win!

Right on point! I have been…

Right on point! I have been a U of M fan for almost 50 years. I have been through Bo, Mo, Lloyd, RR and Hoke. Harbaugh has taken the same shit from this fan base as Bo did. God, how many times I heard that Bo was old, out of step with the times, blah, blah, blah. Jim is delivering and will continue to improve. So you fans can piss and moan, but this program, and this university, does not kneel or take a backseat to anyone. We play the toughest schedules with student athletes, and produce at over 70% of the time consistently. We shy away from no  one. All of our programs represent this university and fan base with class and pride. Forever...Go Blue!

College football is a…

College football is a business. This is a business decision. Don’t legislate it. Use this time, in non CFP bowls, to showcase and develop new talent. The sport will have to adjust and accommodate to new changes.
