Matt Weiss runs the offense like he’s from the Stone Age and Jesse Minter, like Mike MacDonald, can’t defend against the hurry up. I don’t understand why you hire a guy who coached a bottom 10 defense last year and a guy who can’t run an innovative offense. I thought Gattis wasn’t great but man Weiss is awful
I don’t understand how people go on here and are just set on Jadyn Davis coming to Michigan. You all do realize how easily someone can come in and offer him a multi-million dollar NIL deal that we can’t compete with and he’ll commit somewhere else. MSU is having their best recruiting year for as long as I can remember. PSU has a top ten recruiting class right now. OSU is towards the top per usual. Are we set on letting our rivals “outbid” us on the recruiting trail or will something change that enables us to recruit better? Coming off of our best season this century the way we’re recruiting right now is utterly embarrassing. If we’re intent on doing things the “right way”, we as a fanbase should expect results, regardless on whether we pay players or not.

It’s a lot harder to flip the NIL recruits compared to the not-as-much NIL recruits. Plus I think the staff has already moved on with Jadyn Davis.
