World Junior Hockey: Team USA Forfeits vs Switzerland Due to Mandatory Quarantine

Massive bummer. 2 Team USA players tested positive, and the team was placed in mandatory quarantine. Switerland gets a 1-0 win. On the broadcast they said the players are asymptomatic. Tomorrow's game vs Sweden is up in the air.

Hockey and football are silly games. Anyone relying on teenagers playing games for their happiness would be well served to seek therapy.

For those who don't really follow, there are 2 groups of 5 and the top 4 in each group advance to the knockout round.  It's conceivable that the US would have to forfeit those 2 games and still get the fourth spot, likely setting up a game with Canada.  Just sucks because this was likely a 3 point win for the US team.
