Well, he writes with a lot of funnyfulness.

Just post it here on MGoBlog.
It will get out.

Did you get an email from him?

Rumblings from someone very close to the Regents has Dave's dismissal in the works. FWIW. All disclaimers and caveats apply.

Heard something sort of similar yesterday, it seems something is up.

I sit in Section 39 and have seen him roaming the sidelines at every single game this year... except the one last night.

My folks were at the official Athletic Department tailgate, where Brandon usually makes an appearance, and to their knowledge he did not show. President Schlissel was there, and talked about supporting the student-athletes.
October 12th, 2014 at 5:24 PM ^
In his suite (or a suite). Friend of mine was in a suite and texted me that Brandon was sitting one over from him. Not sure if he was there for the whole game, but he was there.
October 12th, 2014 at 6:16 PM ^
Did he have a straightjacket on and a muzzle, with Schliss standing over him with a whip and an electric stun gun? You know, as a condition to him being allowed to go out in public.
October 12th, 2014 at 6:21 PM ^
...umm this makes it sounds like Schlissel is into some crazy bondage...

BDSM is part of my corporate religion. Now put on these leather pants while I hit you with this riding crop.

don't tell me we have to get rid of HIM next...

October 12th, 2014 at 5:28 PM ^
He comes to our tailgate once every year to get about a 15 minute speech about the athletic departments future, and takes questions. He came and spoke for about 3 minutes and took no questions.

That was hilarious. I wish I'd thought of posting that. Well done.

'''...worse than us!''
113k for a 2-4 team is fickle?
100,000 every game for a team with no conference titles in 10 years is fickle?
You serious Clark?
October 12th, 2014 at 8:50 PM ^
Yeah after yesterday, I'm not taking crap from anyone ever again on Michigan having 'bad' fans or anything similar to that
A 2-4 team (about as bad as Michigan has looked in decades) with the head coach a dead man walking and the AD in shambles and we still got 113,000 people to watch them play. I assure you there's less than 20 or so teams who could ever get 113,000 people to watch their games, even if they're undefeated.
IIRC Mississippi State is as good as they've ever been and that stadium still had a distinct orange hue in the upper decks. They aren't ever getting 113,000 fans, nor is Ole Miss, Oregon, MSU, etc ESPECIALLY if those teams were 2-4. We have great fans
October 12th, 2014 at 9:29 PM ^
+1,000.
October 12th, 2014 at 6:31 PM ^
I believe he hired that plane.
October 12th, 2014 at 6:49 PM ^
Agreed. Especially since there has been a lot of the "would anyone be mad at all if they were winning?" talk, as well as the "they shouldn't take it out on the players" talk, when neither of those things are the reason behind the outrage with DB.
October 12th, 2014 at 6:07 PM ^
He is dropping quotes, of course. Per the DetNews story from Angelique Chengelis...
"It's been very tough for everybody, everybody affiliated with the program," Brandon said as he followed Hoke out of the room. "It's not just about me. It's been tough for Michigan athletics, for everybody, and our kids. It's a big win, we're very happy."
October 12th, 2014 at 6:23 PM ^
"It's not just about me"
Great. The only time he makes it not about him is when there is blame being assigned.

I read "It's not just about me". But what what I see is that it is about him, after all everything is about him. If he didn't think that it was all about him he would say "it is not about me"
