When Is Ruiz Supposed to Be Announcing Today?

I've been looking on all sorts of media outlets and haven't been able to find a time or what specific outlet he's using to announce his committment today. Does anybody know what time and whether it will be televised or livestreamed?

He should say absolutely nothing and just show up at the school of his choice and enroll.

Leave all the recruiting "analysts" twisting in the wind.

In this day of hat-dance ceremonies and heavily-produced commitment videos, it would be the most bad ass thing ever.

Every tweet on there is-Go Blue this-Go Blue that-Yeah Saucy to UM-Way to Go Blue-Blue Saucy-and on and on and on. Must be Mlive fools or OSU fans.Cause I can't believe so many people saying on here something subliminal like DON'T TEXT RECRUITS EVER, NO GOOD REASON TO TEXT RECRUITS, RECRUITS DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK! NOTHING GOOD COMES FROM TEXTING RECRUITS....Then go over and text a recruit, yeah Go Blue Saucy...

4pm tomorrow. I don't know how he will be announcing but I'm hoping it's Facebook live following a middle school talent show and then he picks Georgia after I sit through all that! Go pugs!

Old school, baby.  

Back before the internet, you had no idea about recruiting at all until after NSD was already over.

I would get my copy of "The Wolverine" the week after NSD, and only then did I know anything about recruiting:  

"Oh look, we got the #1 class in football.  Cool.  Why am I getting another AMEX bill this month?"  

It was a simpler time.
