but what if I'm not going to the game?
I would, but I haven't found an army trench coat in maize.
i wont be in yellow
who exactly are we suppose to intimidate with a maize out anyway?
opposing teams will think we've wet ourselves.
noise is much more intimidating than color
Maybe we're supposed to be visible from space, like the Great Wall of China. (The Great Stadium of Michigan?)
Please tell me where I can buy a 1-2 dollar maize t-shirt. My undershirts cost more than that.
accept the fact that although maize & blue looks great on the uniforms and on fan wear, as well as being a a regal combination in general, those colors just do not translate to a good "color-OUT".
ORRRRR, we could all agree to wear one color jersey (white would stand out more) like the Canadian NHL teams' fans. Have you seen Calgary fans at a home game? The solidarity w/ everyone in jerseys is great!
U mean the C of Red?
Actually, I think maize makes for a pretty nice visual effect. Blue, not nearly as much, because it's so dark.
Of course, when it comes to intimidation all this matters about 2% as much as actually making noise.
No, maizeouts look sweet, its just that most people outside the student section are too lazy to buy a $10 dollar shirt and wear it once or twice a year, which pisses me off.
what it is called? Yes, that was my thinking, only, we wear M jerseys.

I own no maize, but plenty of blue.....there for I'll be wearing blue
You, sir, need to buy yourself some maize. It's ridiculous how many maize shirts I have.
me too but that is because I want to support the blue team
i'm afraid we won't get close to 20 or 30 thousand because its easter weekend. i dont know many students going to the game. probably less than 5
i was told about a week ago that students cared more than me because i'm not a student
nope, my kid and 15 of his buddies are going.
H-E-Double Hockey Sticks i want. and get off my lawn.
for serial: it's a spring game. who cares what you wear. as long as it's something... b/c no one wants to see your hoo-ha.
I thought it was "cereal".
I could be wrong.
Anyone under 5'9" with dreads gets in free.
Not only should you wear maize, but you should also boo relentlessly to spur them to a better performance.
Booing spurs better coaching, duh.

Maize-out to get the PLAYERS something excited for. Get nerves out, more game-like scrimage.
