I think it's pretty well known that VM has Ohio recruiting on lock, NFL experience as a player, and is a big rising name in the coaching game. Obviously recruits love him and JH uses his tight ends a lot in his offense. Seems like a no-brainer to go after this guy if you want an all star staff.

I wonder if Durkin and Marrow have any connection? Both are from Youngstown. This is definitely a football town. Durkin, Marrow, Tressel, the Stoops, Pelini, Dantonio, etc

I'm sure Marrow wouldn't join our staff only if we sign Clark, but it feels a bit unfair to KY to be passively recruiting for us without officially stepping down from his previous position. Maybe he has to wait until 8AM Monday for the offices to be open to deliver his letter of regisnation. Just feels odd.

Read the comments section below. Apparently the article was written as a contingency based on Marrow staying and then was published prior to his meeting with Harbaugh. So no actual info in spite of statements that indicate as much.
