UM/MSU Game Makes SI's Signature Moments: October Rivalries List

This past weekend's UM/MSU game made the Sports Illustrated's Signature Moments in October Rivalries list due to the first back-to-back Sparty wins since 1967. There are other great signature moments on the list. I'm not sure if ours should have been one of them. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/multimedia/photo_gallery/0910/cfb.top…

I think that it deserves to be on there, it was a huge win for Sparty not only because of snapping the streak but because it gives them a chance to get their season back. And it was big for us because we were dominated for 55 minutes but still almost came back to win showing that this is a different Michigan than those of yesteryears. Question, do you think it would've deserved to be on the list if we'd won 21-20 because we made a 2-point conversion at some point?

The list focuses on what has happened or is going to happen this year in each rivalry, and the UM/MSU rivalry would definitely belong in a list of best October rivalries, even though it didn't turn out the way we wanted it to this year. I would call UM's comeback from a few years ago the signature moment if the entire rivalry were being taken into consideration, though.
