TJ Weist hired as Senior Offensive Analyst
Michigan Football announced the hiring of T.J. Weist as a Senior Offensive Analyst. Pretty solid resume for an analyst. His last job was as OC/Interim HC for UConn in 2013 (he sat out this past year in Michigan). Harbaugh is building an army.

This is just some friendly advice, but do read the articles posted first or at least keep track of what thread you're commenting in. I realize that there has been rather a lot of discussion about QB depth, and perhaps you meant this for that thread, but comments which are clearly offtopic are traditionally downvote material.

He has impressive experience for just an Analyst

exactly. i doubt he stays for more than 1-2 years. seems like a job to get paid, learn a few new things, and give some input. then move on to a coordinator job somewhere else refreshed.

Bay City native, and he coached under Jack Harbaugh at Western Kentucky when they won the championship in 1-AA. Presumably met Jim there. Seems like a great addition.

love the experienced hire, his 25 yrs experience will be helpful when watching tape, evaluating players, self-scouting, etc.
harbaugh continues to practice what he preaches by hiring the most qualified candidates to join "his army." another shrewd hire in addition to the new jersey recruiting coordinator he recently brought on - both experienced dudes and both former college players as well which never hurts.
im sure hell have little chat with desmond morgan about that 2013 uconn game
