This is the milk that Harbaugh is doing promos for...the fat free version has really good nutritional profile.  Like...I thinnk I'm going to take some to the gym with me and sip on it while weight lifting.  Tons of protein holy moly and not many more calories than a protein shake with calcium and electrolyte to boot

OOOO did not think about using this with my protein shake!  Is this stuff outrageously priced?  Man I have so many supplements and crap I take...fish oil, glucosamine, probiotics, stuff like that...drives my wife nuts all the shit I have stacked in the cupboards and fridge to take daily.  But I also take zero prescription drugs so it's worth the $$$ imo.

Thanks for the tip on the protein shake!

It's comparable in price to organic milk because you're actually getting 52 oz vs. 64 oz. It does go on sale quite a bit I've noticed, but has a crazy shelf life of a3-4 months. So I stock up (still burn through it). I have pretty much those same supps along with protein bars, detox teas, and all kinds of nutritional stuff cramming up the joint. But I eat like a mofo and workout a few days a week so it's not a waste to me. Wife gets pissy about losing all of "her space." Sometimes I mess with her and buy 4 or 5 8Lb bags of protein, 10 boxes of protein bars, etc...stack them all up in "her territory."

My wife is the same way!  I buy protein powder in 7.5 tubs off Amazon (drink Isolate) and also have shit like Spirulina, cayenne pepper, tumeric powder in addition to about 12 bottles of various supplements.  My wife thinks i'm nuts not to mention her losing space.

Women like to spread the hell out when they get married.  Closest is almost all her shit, bedroom is full of her crap, bathroom is overflowing with woman stuff.  It's like I have 2 or things crammed into a corner and she begrudges me that!

Fuckin a. I have maybe 5 things in our entire "shared" bathroom and our bedroom is 80% hers, so I figure she owes me some square footage in the kitchen/pantry. I recently started in on a turmeric, ginger, and green tea concoction with a spoonful of raw honey and splash of fairlife. (Great pre workout drink)...a bag or two of black tea for a little extra pump when needed. It helps lube the joints and get the blood flowing, along with a natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. Then a good beet juice smoothie with a few fruits and veggies to get a nice shot of vitamins. Post workout i go with the protein.

Throw some cayenne pepper in there..it's synergistic with the ginger (i take a concentrated form of that too!) and is super anti inflammatory.  I take it for the same reasons...inflammation / joints etc.  Ginger & cayenne work together against cancer.

Beet juice I never thought of that...will try it!  I mix spirulina, cayenne & turmeric with V8 cause I'm always low on electrolytes from paleo diet & sweating at the gym.  We need an MGoFitness forum!

No never tried it...that's sort of an exotic herb I don't know much about.  All of the stuff I use I've read lots of studies that back up benefits.

FWIW I get joint pain mainly from weightlifting although being 50 is part of the equation too.  Cayenne pepper, tumeric and ginger are anti inflammatories.  It's not spectacular but I have have noticed some imrprovement (especially in the morning) since I've been taking this combination.  My knees are the worst from doing squats. Glucosamine/chondroiton/msm supplement should be in your diet too!

I won't take ibuprofen unless I'm in agony stuff is really bad for you as you know.

College has a 10 second runoff for penalties in the final minute of each half right? Clemson did a false start with 9 seconds to go in the half then scored a TD. Did Clemson just get a serious gift from the refs? Not that the TD points will matter.

Just saw Belichick on the sideline with his cut off sweatshirt and thought about M-Dog's comment that he looks like the towel changer guy.  I laughed cause it's so true...it's like why is the towel guy coaching an NFL team?  So funny

So I'm guessing Michigan-Wisconsin will not be gameday next week even if they beat Sparty. Louisville at Clemson probably gets the nod, but maybe they won't have two ACC games in three weeks?

GameDay will likely go to East Lansing for our game against them. I'll bet they already have that decided, so long as both teams are undefeated. Hard to believe they will come to Ann Arbor next week and then feature Michigan again shortly after. I have seen certain teams featured in GameDay in one season before, but it is rare.

Clemson has got to be the most fucking thirsty college program. Everything they do to build ‘tradition’. From their stadium being the other death valley to the stupid rock. I mean this program has a fucking “all in bucket” whatever the fuck that means.

They are a couple years shy of just coming on to the field by dropping shit in their all in bucket, touching the “play like a champion” sign, driving around the stadium on their bus three times, running down the hill, touching the rock, smacking beevo on the ass, touching the banner, releasing war eagle then putting on the BC Lions helmets and playing football.

Fuck I hate Clemson
