Tarik Black carted off?

Submitted by B1G Winning on
Buddy at the game claimed he got up gingerly after his last catch and said he saw a UM player ride a cart back into the lockeroom.

I didn't see Black go off the field but I did see them walking Issac to the locker room after he was drilled in the ribs on what looked like a late hit in front of Mich bench.

Following Coach Harbaugh's usual policy, UM will probably not comment publicly with the student-athlete's permission. Besides, for involved physicians, confidentiality is the norm, let alone for HIPPA law.

Not to mention, let's not telegraph weakness to future opponents.

Hope everyone is okay and will play next Saturday.

I don't get the negs of the OP. He was, in fact, carted off the field. I would also like to know if anyone heard anything. They usually don't do that unless it's somewhat serious.

I assume it's just typical MgoBlog negging things that they don't want to hear.

Hopefully all checks out well this evening. Going to get checked out. Kid has worked his ass off and overcome a lot of BS to get where he is.

I'm sure when he repeated it the same exact people that read it the first time were the only people to read it again.

Your comment is doubly dumb. One, you appear to assume that there is no reason to repeat the info because he has already stated it once. That is to assume that the same exact readership existed for both comments, which I think is unfair. On the other hand, suppose that the same exact eyes DID see his first and second mention of the injury...what has the enemy gained by him repeating the info?

Live and let live. Or at least have a valid point to your bit...complaining.

I can't see much from my seats, but I could see that play. He was slow to get up after his last catch and was favoring one leg slightly as he slowly jogged off all the way across the field. Doesn't mean it's serious, but it obviously hurt on that play.
