I can't believe the way they played today. I am so proud of those boys. The controversy has seemed to bring the team together. I imagine that Snyder and Rosenberg are eating alot of crow right now. But assuming I know anything about those rats, they still think they are right. Let's see what the media's spin is on our win today. Go Blue!!!

The quote of the day for me was my uber-Spartan brother talking crap about Denard Robinson, then on the TD run he just goes, "Yeah he's fast" and didn't say much about him the rest of the game except that it's "so obvious" what they're going to do when he's in.

man you could tell coach wanted to say some crazy stuff to the media in the conf but being the great leader he is, was very professional and optimistic in his responses. but you could tell in some of his smile's, he felt a load off of his shoulders. the domers didn't look too bad, so that will be a great game next week.

Honestly this game far surpassed my expectations. After all of last year and everything from the past week that just felt so f'in good. I know it's just Western and we shouldn't make too big of a deal but hot damn did Tate look good. He definitely some of those "Erp freshman" moments but he also showed incredible poise. That first 28 yard TD was the stuff I've been dreaming of since RR was hired.

I'm not saying - in any way - that there is anything to the allegations, but how does winning our first game prove that the allegations of NCAA violations are false?
