Story on 2020 Signee Jeffrey Persi
Bit of a shameless plug here, but I just finished a pretty comprehensive story on one of my favorite 2020 signees, Jeffrey Persi.

Pat Harlow was my defensive line coach when I played for San Clemente, and he continues to be my favorite coach I've ever had. Really phenomenal guy. His son plays for the Falcons, and you can catch Coach Harlow in the Todd Marinovich 30 for 30 as he played with him at USC and for the Raiders.
Speaking from only second hand experience, everything you just said lines up with what I've been told. Sounds like an incredible coach and mentor to have.
Nice work Fish, really appreciate the insight.
We need guys like Persi to be pancaking a lot of of DLine and LB'ers, so I'll be rooting for him big time!
I'm going to make you reread the byline next time Mick.
Danmit, sorry FGTD, nice work by you!!!!
Nice article! Seems like a kid who has what it takes to compete to be successful. Thanks.
Interesting piece and I can't wait to see him on the team.
Warriner snagging a USC fan coached by a USC player alum?
That's the Drevno difference.
Nice harry. Jserra plays in arguably the toughest catholic league in the nation. They send kids all over. The Robinson brothers, nephews of former Michigan DC Greg Robinson went there. Both QB's. One went to Georgia/Penn and the other, Matt, brought the Illini to within 3 points of Michigan this past season before we pulled away.
Persi sounds like a great kid. Curious how we got him away from USC.
Everybody got away from USC in the 2020 class. It was shockingly bad and would have ranked 12th in the Big Ten.
Without getting into too much detail, Tim Drevno.
that is an indictment of drevno, of course. i'd be curious about the details but this probably isn't the forum to share them.
anyway, liked the article very much and the kid looks like a champ. high hopes.
Let's just say I'm not shocked that the "Harbaugh to the NFL" rumors kicked up around October.
